We like Fry's! We stopped in for some adult beverages. The prices were very fair compared to what we see in OH. And if you buy 6 or more bottles of wine, it's 10% off. The selection of wines was not large. The selection of beers was big.So we bought a variety of wines and a 12 pac of good beer. As Arnold said, 'I'll be back!'

Long story short, customer service was very poor, the bagger and the cashier got into a argument about how big mine "load" was yelling at each other, and making me feel way uncomfortable with a lot of other customers looking at me now then cashier makes two comments. This is for all month, right and then throwing the groceries for the bagger to bag them. I had to carry two bags and push the cart with groceries falling out of it, but the bagger been doing this for five years. when I had the groceries all fitting in 1 cart I will never go to this fry's again this is the second time it is happen I will drive across town just to not have to go to this frys!!!

Pharmacy staff are rude. They place you on hold without telling you anything, hold times are 30 minutes plus. They may also hang up on you randomly.

I'm walked in the store, in Casa Grande, the raw sewage smell was overwhelming, I asked a clerk if there was a plumbing problem, he said most likely, red flag number two! I thought no, it will be okay, NOT, the store is Filthy. This is definitely a store not to standard. I can't shop there I walked out.

My daughter went in to pick up 2 of my mom's high blood pressure meds she had been out of for 2 days. It was 7:57 pm (they close at 8)she was going to use apple pay but hey did not accept it so she ran to her car very quick and came back with her debit card. The Rph,Eddie, would not let her get the meds all he kept saying is we are closed we are closed . This was medications for High blood pressure, which she had been out if for 2 days. I don't think it would have killed anyone to stay open 30 more seconds, it could have killed my mom not having her medication. They knew she was just running to get her debit card from the car. The lack of compassion and Empathy from most of the employees there is just plain sad. I work at a specialty pharmacy, if we treated our patients this way we would be fired.

So tired of this store's lack of shopping carts. It's an every day situation. Last 9 out of 10 times I've been there I haven't found a cart anywhere except a few broken down ones way out in the parking lot. For this to have been going on for so long it has to be lack of any kind of awareness or oversight from management. I have other choices to buy my groceries.

Decided to pick up groceries because I didn't have a lot of time, well it would've been quicker to have done it myself because I ended up waiting 45 min for them to bring out my order. I watched them load 3 other cars that pulled in long after me. And not to mention they're always out of stock of things

I understand that they have thousands of patients their trying to fill meds for but there is just some serious rudeness from the pharmacy techs they don’t listen you have to repeat yourself and they hang up on you or sit you on hold forever. No empathy!

Our 3rd year as snowbirds here from Wisconsin. Very helpful and super easy to have RXes follow us here from Pic N Save to here. Today Sandra was my pharmacy tech that had my RXes switched over easily.

Had an online order that said it would be ready by 5:00 pm. Pulled up at 5:05 and checked in with my parking space number on the app. At 5:35, there was still no sign of my order (or for the other 4 cars waiting), so we called. The person that answered said they hadn't even started to pull the order so to come back in an hour and a half. We asked for a refund instead and are still waiting to get that credited back to us. How hard would it have been to call me or send someone out real quick to let me and the other cars waiting they were backed up? This store will not be getting my business anymore.

Your checker.... Angel needs to find some other line of work. She just seems so put out to be waiting on customers. Really put out on a refund card for a customer in front t of us. Then she gets put out the bagger went to help another checker. Been a loyal customer for years. GOING TO SAFEWAY. Glad there is a choice

Pharmacists are knowledgeable. The girls do the best they can to help you out. I know they were short staffed but thats everywhere.
