I just love to see Tawna when I shop at this Goodwill. She is always friendly and very hard working. The employees are all great but Tawna really shines.

WOW ! I won’t even walk in your door ever again ! I didn’t have a half hour to wait for the one cashier to unlock room to try on so I specifically asked the cashier about the return policy before I checked out & she said 7days & don’t take the tag off … I returned 3 items today with tags still on & original receipt from yesterday & was told by manager “sorry we can’t return items bought on $1 sale day” THAT’S NOT WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEE SAID !!! And she laughed & said “well I’ll see that they get re-trained” … I will absolutely post this on every social media platform to be sure you don’t do this to other customers ! SHAME ON YOU !

Had a horrible experience today I’ve shopped there many times Just for small things, but today, I wanted to buy a TV stand that I saw did not see an employee anywhere near me Walked around see if anyone was nearby so I decided to go with the cashier who said she would call somebody. I got to the back A man was riding another customer a ticket for the item I wanted. I informed him I was already purchasing that item He said we will check the security camera to see Who was here first.
He came back, said that I was there first they were able to verify that and that someone always hurt in a situation like this and they were going to give my item to the other shopper.
The other shopper had been extremely rude to me while the gentleman was checking the camera she came up to me And said that she would be buying it because I bypassed it And told me if I wanted it, I should have got somebody I of course, explained to her that I had. And she left to go talk to another associate. And I guess the associates decided that because she was so horrible they were just gonna give it to her Rather than deal with her bad attitude, I’m a single mom. Just just trying to make buying secondhand things for my home. And I felt extremely disrespected And hurt That they would allow her to be so horrible to me and then give her something that was supposed to have belonged to me
I don’t understand why bother checking the cameras to see who was there first if it didn’t matter

Just moved to town and was SO excited to see a goodwill cnear my new house, ive only went twice and won't be back.
Extremely over priced, no coupons honored at this location what's so ever.
I spend hundreds yearly at Goodwill and sadly this goodwill won't see a penny of that! I'll wait till I travel to Phoenix where they honor my discount and don't have prices out the roof on items that were DONATED. BUMMER DEAL. literally.

Looked at ties and the clerk advised that ties are $2.99 but if it's the color of the week, then it's half off. We'll get up front and told that they're $2.99 since it's a wearable item. So when I asked why are the tags color coded if they are $2.99 and the clerk advised me that they were half off because of the color.
He just repeated himself with no clear explanation of the why color code if the price does not change at all. I won't return to this Goodwill because your policies are made up by whoever is cashing you out.

When the store is closed, you cannot leave items on the sidewalk. I drive 20 miles to that Goodwill and it’s very inconvenient when you can’t leave nice things for people. the Salvation Army down the street took my things without a problem.

It doesn’t have much and most of the items are broken. What I was surprised about is the pricing!! How is a really nice full table set 20 bucks and a jewelry box that is broken priced at 50 bucks!!! This is a thrift store not a department store. Gtfoh lol should be 10/bucks. Then you have WORN AND USED SHOES!!!! From 14-20 bucks!!! This is crazy, these are used stop selling items like they are new. This is so sad

Store is a mess and dirty Tripping hazards all over the place. Only clothing area is organized. But the employees are very friendly.

Why do you close at 8 or 7pm and not 9pm like every other Arizona Goodwill closes at. Literally the only reason I'm not giving a better rating! This low rating isn't from a bad experience involving an employee or anything like that, it's literally because this location is the only goodwill that's closes in Arizona at 8pm. Trust me I looked on Google maps to make sure I wasn't spreading false information

If I could give the store a zero star I would. This old man was in the store about 10 Minutes before before it closed when they all started saying 5 min then we are closed rudely to. 7:59 comes around and this man was already in line when they said they wouldn’t help him and that he had to leave. He was rushed out the door left his cane on the cart, knocked on the door to ask for it and they rudely told him can’t help you we are closed come back tomorrow to get it. Locked the door on him. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the way they treated this person especially an elderly veteran man. I will never go back.

It’s nice enough for a Goodwill. She staff has always been nice enough and I’ve found good stuff.

Floor staff is very friendly and helpful. However, female manager is unfriendly and has no idea of customer service. I had bought a piece of furniture, not too big or heavy. This is a retail establishment and that type of help is routine, my request was not out of line and I was courteous. Store is somewhat dirty. Shells are chaotic. And I wish that employees could keep up with sorting by size. If Goodwill can afford to pay their CEO just about the most of any CEO TV in the nation, it can afford to have enough staff to keep the store presentable. And keep the prices reasonable for used stuff. Oh! And pay their staff a living wage. The work is hard.
