My husband and I met the worst salesman ever here. Gilbert was so overbearing, pushy, insisting on telling us every last detail about the car, before we could even just drive it. The worst part he acted shocked that I as a woman could possibly know anything about cars. Thankfully Marina at Premier Mitsubishi was amazing and found an amazing car with a great deal. My advice don't shop here if your a woman!!!

Kathy was awesome. She was vibrant, friendly, professional and knowledgeable! She was patient and very helpful. I happened to return the following week to make a second purchase, and was just so delighted to see her again. The second encounter was a repeat of the first; great customer service.Bless her!

I showed up twice for my airbag recall appointments on my 2015 ram 2500. First time they didn't have the part, even tho I specifically let them know this was the reason for making the appointment. 3 weeks later I called 2 days prior to appointment and verified they did have the part. Was told they had it. Showed up for 2nd appointment and was told they couldn't find it and would call me when they found it. 2 weeks later still no call or information. Left a voice mail with service manager and still no call back. Totally unprofessional. Would give 0 stars.

Took our newly purchased Silverado to this service center THREE weeks ago for power train warranty work. Our truck is torn apart (less than 30k miles) for severe engine damage. Dealership initially said repairs would be covered but now it seems each time we get a new message, or call (we have to follow up with them, they don't reach out to us) they are trying to blame us for the damage to the truck we have owned less than 4 weeks (7 including the now three weeks this truck has been in the shop). So far nothing in writing as far as what's needing replaced, or what's wrong with the truck. Now they are trying to charge us over 1000.00 for "cleaning carbon buildup". Buyers of GM products BEWARE! They don't stand behind their vehicles, this service department is an absolute joke, and tries to blame customers for their faulty AFM system that doesn't work! Buy anything but GM!They've had this problem with excess carbon buildup for how long now? And want to ask us why the engine has so much build up. See bulletin below!static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsb…UPDATE!!!!!! 10-10-2023PICKED UP TRUCK ON SATURDAY. CHECKED OIL TODAY AND THE DIPSTICK CAME OUT LITERALLY!!!! HOW DID YOUR TECHS MANAGE TO PUT MOTOR BACK TOGETHER YET LEFT THINGS LIKE THIS DISCONNECTED!!! THE INCOMPETENCE IS REAL!!!Update #3 Had to send the truck in AGAIN. The dealership it's at now found that connections to the alternator were routed incorrectly, and started burning wires. So this now makes twice that your tech's mistakes almost caused a fire in our vehicle. Unbelievable!

I bought a used 2020 Silverado 2500 from another dealership. I brought it in for an electrical issue on my trailer connect for my signal lights. I dropped by truck off on Thursday morning for an appointment and didn't get my truck back until the following Monday. originally said it'd only take a day, or the following morning. They charged my $810 for the labor!!! The customer service was horrible. Every time my wife or I called, we had trouble getting a hold of someone or was getting the run around. They made us seem like we were an inconvenience, they did not take the time to explain what was going on and no communication. On multi occasions being put on hold for well over 45 mins. We buy Chevy vehicles!! We would always do our regular maintenance at this location. But since it's changed from Henry brown to Jerry Seiner it's gotten horrible. Never going back, it was horrible and felt like a rip off of what I was charged for labor.

I had many complaints, but I don't want to draw this out. Are the people kind and friendly? Yes they are were their mistakes made yes more than a few without apologies to me. My brand new Jeep engine light came on and they had no idea what was the matter with it after running tests. Then they order me this auxiliary battery and put it in and then actually said if you have any more problems let us know. Yeah, my engine light went on again on the highway. You can't drive a vehicle like that not knowing what's going to happen. I just left it there and traded it in for another jeep. I got my other jeep home in the battery was dead. It was a trade-in used jeep. You would've thought they would've checked that out before selling it along with the fact that when I got the oil changed recently, there were no screws on the hood. They were all gone except one. That's one out of four!! They obviously missed that as well. Oh by the way, when he came to my house, which was very nice to put a new battery and he scratched my vehicle up. Onward and forward today I was looking through my wallet, and I was checking out my registration. As a disabled veteran, which I told the financial guy I was I am exempt from vehicle license tax and registration fee. That's $544. They charged me that I paid that I just now caught and luckily it's less than a year and I have to drive to a Arizona Department of transportation to get it settled and refunded. Unbelievable!!!

The whole team at Jerry Seiner, from Bryan to the GM, Gabriel, all the way to signing with Kathy was great. They worked with me through the entire process. I recommend going to Jerry Seiner if you're looking for a vehicle! Great Team!

Had been shopping for a couple of months and found my 2021 Chevrolet Colorado on line Monday morning after a grueling weekend visiting dealers in 110 degree heat. The fifty mile drive was well worth the trip as it was aggressively priced over $4000 below fair market value.Everyone at this dealership was pleasant and helpful and while the haggling process is never fun my limits were respected and while I had to dig a little deeper I ended up with a lot more truck than I had almost resigned myself getting. They worked seamlessly with my credit union and we were able to drive off in our new vehicle in about three and a half hours.Since this was accomplished so rapidly the only thing I was not totally happy with was the level of detailing. Engine compartment was very dusty as was the interior (the top of everything was wiped down but the bottom of the steering column and wheel and dash wasn't). Not a real big deal because we live in the desert and it's monsoon season and there's a lot of blowing dust. All in all I was very happy with my interactions with this dealership. We shall see what happens in the future.

Under new management, no longer Henry brown. This is Jerry Seiner Chevrolet. Well where do I begin? After months of research and a week of shopping around; I was thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with all of the local valley dealers. Between their outrages price gouging, $4000-$6000 of unnecessary ad-ons, and downright rude behavior, I was about ready to give up and go private party used for my next car. They either had a potential vehicle I wanted then changed the price when I got there or they never had the car at all and wasted my time. One east valley dealer wouldn't even let me drive their car unless I agreed to 10k over sticker. After broadening my search I discovered Jerry Seiner Chevrolet in Casa Grande, AZ. They had real inventory with actual pictures and they answered their phone to answer my questions right away. They verified the vehicle I was looking for was present and invited me down to their dealership for a "vip" experience. I figured it was a sales gimmick but I must say, I definitely received the best treatment I've ever received from a car dealer. I was greeted right away and assisted the entire time by the best salesperson, Kitaro. Kitaro was knowledgeable not only about the product but about the entire process. He made sure I was comfortable and was constantly offering food and drinks. After explaining my frustration of other dealer experiences, the desk manager made me an incredible deal behind MSRP on my new car. I was shocked I didn't even have to haggle back and forth. It was a no BS transaction at a more than fair price. The general manger even came out to personally thank me and everyone else buying a car that day. (Their sales floor was packed!) The car buying process can be frustrating, stressful and downright disappointing. I'm happy to write that Jerry Seiner Chevrolet has restored my faith in what car buying should be. They make a fair profit without taking advantage of hard working people. They value relationships and treat you like family. I will definitely start with them on my next car buying journey. The other dealers could learn quite a bit from the Seiner business plan. Do yourselves a favor and start or at least finish your process at Seiner.

GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS SERVICE CENTER!!!!! I'm so sorry I didn't read these reviews before I took my Challenger here. I didn't buy the car here, thankfully, I bought it in Mesa and didn't take back there only because the ac was out and I was trying to avoid driving that far in the heat. After 29 days. Twenty. Nine. Days. Dozens of calls and messages, when they did answer the phone! And any information was vague or as we found out, outright lies. No integrity. No accountability. No competence. Did not fix anything so my husband just demanded it back. Still broken and now we have to start over... a month later.A side note about the phone calls & messages, they told us after the second week that they had building wide issues with the phone system and were "so sorry." Then I read the other reviews saying they had the same lack of communication... a year ago! So, yeah, just another one of the lies.

Perfect place to get into a vehicle. Used or New. I got my first truck here & they were really helpful with the whole process. Came back in 2 years later to upgrade & once again, they gave a 5-star service. The help with everybody here was awesome, especially the service & help Joe Aguirre gave was perfect. He was really helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you, Joe Aguirre, for getting me into a BRAND NEW 2023 Ram. Keep up the great work!
