“I've been with CGI for 10 yrs. when it works I don't even think about it. Over the years I've had issues with equipment failure which was easily resolved with replacement parts, although today the issue turned out to be my own power cord strip. So I apoligize for the 1 star rating and complaint I posted a few days ago. I live 5 miles from town so services are an issue, But I know CGI is working to improve all the time.”

She promptly started working on it and being that it had been 2 weeks since i had heard anything and still no change she was quick to help and get my pricing back to where it was for me and my faith in Cox internet is restored. “I work out a town, and I broke my phone, and I had to get my new one activated , I went to the store in maricopa , which is not a corporate store , not a lot of help there , so I went to the one in casa grand absolutely excellent people to work with excellent service had my new phone up and running at 5 minutes.Excellent people very friendly”
