New to the area and my anxious, 90lbs pup started limping suddenly. They were able to get me an appointment fairly quickly. Love the entire staff! Everyone was kind, caring, and extremely helpful. Shout out to Pearla! Her kind and gentle demeanor made even my dog less nervous! Dr. Kasper was thorough and gave me multiple options based on her diagnosis. I personally feel pricing is very reasonable. I will most definitely recommend!

These people do not know what they are doing when it comes to prescribing medication and due to the medications prescribed to my dog with what she was already on caused my dog to pass away within a couple of months. I would say to make sure you check out the medications prescribed thoroughly before giving them to your pet. The medication given to my pet should never have been prescribed to her with what she was already on. I should have checked it out myself before giving it to my dog.

Our pets have gone to Dr. Kasper since we moved to Casa Grande 5 years ago and we have been very happy with our experiences there. I just recently had to put my cat to sleep and I cannot say enough about the compassionate care of Dr. Kasper and her staff during that very difficult time.

I want to thank all the staff for your compassion. We had to let our Zeus go and you were so wonderful. Thank you for the card and especially thank you for the phone call to pick him up. I love the way that you said "Zeus is ready for you" and not "Zeus's remains". Again thank you so much.

This place is all about money.thet don't care about your pet. They have No compassion. I have never been treated so bad by a vet. They Would not let me say good bye to my dying dog.Told me I was rude because I was so distraught. My other dog needed a prescription filled and they refused.

I called yesterday to make an appointment for my dogs eye. The lady was rude. She wouldn't let me fully explain what was wrong and my concerns. She told me I needed to be seen the next day and how we cant wait because it is his eye. The whole phone call she was not welcoming or nice sounding. Today, I pack up the dog and my two kids to get there. We are still fairly new to Casa Grande and I had gotten turned around which caused me to be 4 minutes late to the appointment. I called to do curbside since I was told my kids are not allowed to go in and another lady told me they were not going to see him because it was after the time. She did offer another time but I am just not able to do it. So I sat in the parking lot crying. The First Lady made it sound urgent. I understand I was late, but I didn't think 4 minutes was that far to be denied.

Caring, professional attention to my pet. Listen to the problem and then suggest treatment of solution for problem. They explain what they are going to do and let you know what the cost is before doing any procedure.

Update: After a few hours of stressing out and calling around to see if I could get in anywhere local and/or trying to find a way to get to the emergency center, I received a call from them (at 11:02) saying they didn't want me to think I didn't have any options (???? Ummm...you just canceled my appt! And I literally said out loud, "So, are you cancelling my appt? To which the staff person responded, "Yes." What *should* I think at that point?) and that I could have my appt back. The jaded part of me thinks this might be in response to the poor review I had posted, but I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow for the possibility that the staff person was just poorly informed. However, it doesn't excuse her attitude and the general delivery. ("You should have done something about this sooner!" and "If you can't get to Chandler, how were you going to get here?"...as if getting to a place 45 minutes away is the very same thing as getting to a place ten minutes away.) Anyway--once I got to the appt, things went very smoothly. I was almost immediately given a room, the cat was weighed and my information was taken; it did not take the vet very long to come in, discuss the problem, and give the cat a physical exam. As a person with a lot of experience with cats and a fair amount of medical knowledge, her diagnosis was right in line with what I expected--she recommended the least invasive/least traumatic approach as our initial step, which I really appreciate, rather than running up the bill with a bunch of diagnostics that are likely unnecessary in this case. The entire team was efficient and friendly--I had a 4:00 appt and by 4:30 my cat had received her medication, we had paid, and were heading home. So...all in all, this is a place I would revisit in the future, especially given the very limited options available locally and how quickly they fill up--every place I called had first available appointments almost two weeks out, and this has been standard in this area for a while now--a new vet could make a great living setting up shop in Casa Grande. Initial Review: If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment on Thursday for the following Tuesday afternoon for my cat, who had the sniffles in one nostril (likely due to sniffing up a piece of catnip, as I shared at the time)--at 9:08 on the morning of the appointment, I received a call telling me they were "looking at the schedule" (read: how can we lessen our schedule) and I shouldn't have waited this long, so they're cancelling the appointment and sending me to emergency care in Chandler. (I have no way to get to Chandler and shared that, but they didn't care and cancelled my appointment on me anyway--meanwhile, I've wasted five days thinking I had a reliable appointment.) This would have been my first appt here, but they clearly cannot be relied upon for anything, and now I'm at a loss for what to do. Thanks, Animal Medical Center of Casa Grande! NEVER AGAIN!!
