As mentioned before in other reviews. CRST contractors for Lowes installation are very poor for service. They installed a dishwasher only after two missed dates giving false info of Casa Grande store not having product. When installed only hooked up not mounting it in cabinet. Took one month after 4 seperate dates that they did not complete install. Not even courtesy call why they didn't show up. On fifth scheduled date again didn't show up. My father in law who is the recipient of the dishwasher completed install himself. Almost 2 months after initial delivery. They compensated me $25 gift certificate. BFD. DO NOT DEAL WITH CASA GRANDE LOWES IF CRST are the installers.

Employee made a mistake on return. Manager took no accountability, no empathy, no real leadership skill and said nothing could be done. Don’t count on them to correct an error or honor an online promo you’re trying to get but now cant because you’re stuck with an in store credit gift card instead of a regular one. I said ok at least honor the promo I’m trying to get and her response was, we don’t give courteously credits. Ok your employee messes up and I end up paying the price for it. This makes total sense how dare I assume you would do the right thing and take accountability. Now I’m stuck with these in store credit gift cards, needing to scout all the Lowe’s in the valley to find what I’m looking for, paying more for said tools and needing to buy different brands because tools I originally wanted were online only. Oh and final response was you should’ve gone to the original store you bought this from to do your return. I responded with of your employee would’ve informed me of this I would’ve. Nice one trying to blame this on me, real professional.

Today "sunday" I returned to casa grande lowes because Friday evening I was there and made a number of purchases which included two propane tanks to be refill exchange. , fast forward a hour and paying for purchases including tanks , I load everything except the the tanks and take off with out tanks.So today I stopped in to see if by chance they were there with a note, "past experience " unfortunately no such luck however I was so lucky in having M J in consumer service help me after explaining what had happened, she took my receipts and about 15min she verified what I said checking the camera and yay I was given the tanks I had paid for .So huge shout out to me in casa grande lowest customer service.THANK YOU.

Horrible dont shop here !! Save your time and dont come to this store employees /Management treat you like your stealing thanks to us they have a job Made a purchase over $1700 and they do not want to refund me my money instead they created a case and no Help at all!! Trina should be fired for being disrespectful

Head cashier is rude and not helpful!! I had a delivery scheduled the 10th of December but I had to cancel it due to being in the hospital. I called the delivery center and they told me I needed to stop in and reschedule my appointment. I went to Lowe's on the 14th and the head cashier wasn't helpful AT ALL!! I told her I would go back to appliances and have the ladyhelp me that did my order. A NICEWoman took her time to find MY ORDER and gave me a NUMBER THAT I COULD CALL. Maybe try being a little more helpful next time

If Lowe's tells you CRST is the contractor for delivery and installation of an appliance, run don't walk out of the store. -5 stars for communications and getting the job done. The install date on my dishwasher was changed. Install date arrived and nothing, nada, zip. No dishwasher, tech or phone call. BTW IKEA uses them too. The worst. The store staff and manager refunded my purchase. It took awhile because the contractor lied about having the dishwasher in their van. They told the store they were installing this morning. Really? Not a phone call or email from CRST yet. I got an email asking for feedback on the installation. Yeah right.

The issue comes with finding somebody to assist you. Too few associates and when you do find one, they are often "too busy to help you". We decided to go to Home Depot and got help straight away.
