Store hours on Saturday begin at 10:00am it didn't open.i was in the hot Arizona sun waiting outside the store for 20 minutes yet it didn't open as scheduled (9/28/24-sat)we were really disappointed! Florence Blvd CASA GRANDE Arizona. The day before when I went in we all had to stand (no chairs or place to sit)and minimal air circulation. We get even more irritable when these two men were collaborating in their native language amongst themselves constantly texting on their personal phone's not being efficient, lack of customer service,and one of them didn't know what he was doing therefore leaving one attempting to do two jobs and cleaning up what the other messed up!! Please help us loyal customers and senior citizens correct these important and continuing problems by replacing these people. Every month I go in this store there are new people unprofessional . several customers just on that day due to the bad services collaborated on going to a different carrier.

I’ve had Metro service throughout the years and I’ve dealt with locations throughout the valley, the guys at this location really did an awesome job. The service was quick, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only to me, but to other customers in the store. I will DEFINITELY drive back to this location for all my service needs!

If I could give 0 stars I would. There no T-Mobile store in the area and you are owned by the company but you refused to help my mom with her phone. Wouldn’t even look at it. Condescending staff who have no customer service skills at all.

In may I went in to get a new phone and I was charged a 200$ activation fee. I have been with metro for 15 years and never had to pay such a thing. I was given for “free” according to the sales person a speaker, ear buds and the phone case for new phone. I came home saw the receipt and I was being charged for those things I did not want to purchase. I called customer service and was told there is no such thing as an activation fee of the incredible amount of 200$ since I’m already a customer. I was told to return items to get my money back. I did go back to the store and I got the same sales representative. He did not want to take things back and was adamant that there is a charge for that amount. The representative told me he did something to my bill for my frustration which would make it a lower bill. My bill was actually higher due to the representative added without my knowledge insurance to my phone. I called customer service again and the representative I spoke with said he would refund me my 200$ and he was so sorry about this bad experience. Until now I have not seen a refund and I’m out 200$ for no reason. I truly hope the representative that swindled me has not done such things to other loyal customers. Very disappointed I am with Metro.
