“I had gone to get my oil change at the take 5 phoenix location, well I didn't get my settings changed, wasn't even put on the system, nor did they give me an accurate sticker of when I needed my next oil change.
I had to come to the take 5 on 1503 E florence blvd with techs Zander and Raul. These techs did not have to help but they changed my settling, put me on they system and gave me an accurate sticker of when I needed my next oil change. These techs deserve a bonus and an increase in pay for going above and beyond to help their customers get their vehicle right. You can tell they know what they are doing because instead of turning me down for not being on the system they went as far as checking my oil and making sure it was recently changed, as well as asking for proof of receipt. Thank you Zander and Raul!!:)”
