“Had to roll to Casa Grand twice in 2 days. The first day traffic was somewhat lite on the way down. Going back to Phx was a little crappy by Firebird Raceway. I assume everyone trying to go to the casino. This day was before rush hour. Next day had to go at 3:00, ok, that totally sucked. Average speed to CG was 45-50. On the way back, due to a couple of accidents, we averaged 40-45. Anyway the gas station was clean and gas price was moderate. Easy access from the street. Even with all the traffic.”

“I have just started using this pharmacy for the last 3 months. It has now open until 6pm Monday thru Saturday. The attitude of the staff is friendly and they seem to genuinely care for their clients. They fill new prescriptions quickly. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone have been nice and efficient. If they do not have the medicine in stock, they can usually get it the next day. The only draw back I can find, is that there is not a drive up window for contact-less transactions.”
“Had to have Contact with them due to my Clients. This pharmacy might be one of the last smaller feel, home-town, pharmacy's that handles specialty care for specialty clients left in Az...and still has the connection to a big name! Simply amazing of the care & dedication of the staff that work there! It amazed me of their notes and accuracy in their information!”
“I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the pharmacy at this location, always get meds filled here but the doctor this time sent them to a different location. This location was still very helpful and kind of info and pricing. Always come here for any needs.
Avoid the walgreens at 1514 E Florence Blvd, Casa Grande, AZ 85122 which is the location i had to go to. They are rude and treat you awful. Say they dont help with discounts. They just dont help in general.
But this Pinal location goes above and beyond to do what they can where they can to help ❤️”

“The pharmacy staff at this location is kind, professional and most importantly proactive! With a recent loss of insurance I was stressed about the out of pocket cost. The staff on shift for 2/18/2026 had a coupon waiting for me when I got there! Meds were ready the same day. Highly satisfied and happy that ppl actually care about their role in improving Casa Grande healthcare!”

“The pharmacy is great, short wait times my medicine is always in stock as opposed to walmart which made me wait over 2 weeks for a prescription to be filled . The pharmacy staff is friendly and don't make me feel rushed if I have questions. Also had my flu shot there and was quickly in and out.”

“My Insurance will Not Be available due to changing Jobs, I take some Medication that is only covered for 30 days by Insurance & I needed 90 days to cover any Lapse in coverage. I would have to Pay out of Pocket! Taylor & Enrique went Above & Beyond to Assist to get my Medication But Also give me the Best Price They Could!!! Awesomeness!!”

“This is a nice Walgreen store. It's well stocked and clean inside. The help was kind and courteous. I was in need of a blood pressure tester. The help took me right to the exact stocking of them. I decided to walk around and see what else they had to offer. Was amazed to see them having toys, to dog food health care items. Lots of lotions, hair care to birthday cards to reading glasses. Had handy cap parking with nice wide handy cap doors. Location was great with plenty of parking. Carried food cold beverage's and more. Some electronics to head phones. Excellent store to shop at. I highly recommend this location and all of Walgreen's. If you live in Casa Grande or winter visitor's stop in and patronize with them. I did.”

“My favorite Fry's location, it is well kept and clean. Large selections of items to buy from clothing, lawn furniture, cookware for the home and camping as well as food items. Easily can spend 2 hours walking around the place.”
