By far the WORST place to get a car. First car they gave me the alternator went out 15 minutes after I left the parking lot. Car shut off on me while I was driving with my 4 kids in the car , doors wouldn’t unlock and the AC was off . Took almost 15 minutes to finally get out . Then they traded it and gave me another car and the AC is messed up. Took 2 weeks to fix it and then when I got my car back from getting “ fixed” the heater stopped working and my speakers all messed up from them taking the dash board out . While they were fixing my car I would call every other day for an update and everytime I would talk to Erica “ the manager” she never had an answer to any of my questions. It would always be “ I don’t know or I’m not sure” , then 10 minutes later George would call me a give me a detailed message about my car. They also wouldn’t even help me out and let me use a car knowing that was my only vehicle I have and yet they were one the one still making mistakes while they were “ fixing “ my vehicle. If you want to buy a car that barely works and has a lot of problems this is DEFINITELY the place to go. If I knew how bad this place was from the customer service to the service center , I would’ve NEVER traded my car here .

I had an excellent experience at this car dealership. The service was 5starts and the person I worked with went above and beyond and made me feel so comfortable with no pressure at all. Ino Ramirez made it easy fast and welcoming. I recommend everyone to come and stop by this dealership.Thanks again Ino Ramirez

Went in to check out a new car. Was approached by Marina, she was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was also very professional. Loved my experience there.I was in a real bad contract with my current vehicle & needed 2 get out of it.When I first contacted them... I was sure I would bdenied but Tom at the Casa Grande location promised 2 do everything he could 2 help me get into something (anything) better than I was in now.We had a few credit issues so I needed 2 find a co-signer & I had 2 go 2 work so I had 2 leave.However, I found my co-signer & when I went back the next day I worked with Marina (I think that's how it's spelled).She ran the credit... crunched a few numbers & came back with the deal of a lifetime.I ended up with a 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage G4. Great warranty coverage... reasonable payments... & did I mention that it's a 2023. I can't believe I ended up with a brand new car.I love that place. They really went all out 2 help me... & Tom & Marina... Y'all r the best.

Went here to get a car at the Mitsubishi in Cassa grand was helped by Betty. She was very helpful kind understanding with what I was wanting something reliable and in the budget that I had to work with .She made my experience really comfortable. I would definitely come here again. And I also have already referred her to some of my friends and family members. She worked very hard to get me into the vehicle that fits for me and my family. Premier Mitsubishi's customer service is deplorable, and their so called manager Erik has no ethic and certainly lacks any kind of professionalism! I bought my car there in 2017 it came with free oil changes for the length of my contract. I tried to set an appointment for an oil change and was told they no longer honor those contracts, but if I wanted to pay for the service they could accommodate me. Premiere gave no notice that this service would no longer be available in Casa Grande, I was told to go to MPG they would honor the contract, their closest location is Tucson!!!

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from here. A 2023 Outlander SEL! I'm so pleased with it. I'm also again just so thankful for the great team! Betty was my salesperson and helped me every step of the way. She is a joy! The solution advisor Ino was also a wonderful help! They both went above and beyond to help me. Buying a vehicle can feel stressful but that wasn't the case at Premier. All of the rest of the team were also great. Again this was my 3rd purchase and I know I can count on them if I need any help along the way. I am of the old fashioned mindset that we should shop local. It means something to me to know the people I'm putting my trust into. Originally I came here for Scott but now I come back for the team. Thank you, Betty and Ino! Thank you all. You'll always be my first stop.

Today, we initially set out to buy a truck. We called Premier Auto Center in Casa Grande and Rick asked us a few questions about what we were interested in and set us up for an appointment. We came in and met with Ino. He set us up for the Tacoma. The finance people (can't remember name) were awesome. They fought for me with banks while we went to a nice lunch. (I don't have stellar credit, but amazing car buying history, so they went to bat for me. They landed the best deal they could.) But when I still couldn't manage the payments, he stumbled upon my little kid dream car. He asked if I'd consider a Jeep, it's a 2-door? I raised an eyebrow and said sure, I'm fine with that. He took off to speak with managers and finance people and was back in a couple of minutes, all the while I am thinking I am about to look at a Jeep Compass, the SUV version of the Jeep. Which is okay, BUT.... when we walked outside and I saw the "Jeep" my eyes lit up like a kid in a candy store! I was not expecting him to bring out a Wrangler Sport with removable hard tops in my favorite colors! I think I might have squealed like a little kid at Christmas! He was able to substitute the Wrangler for the Tacoma, lower the price, set me up to build better credit, and handed me the keys! Then, we celebrated! FYI, the gong is LOUD! AND, they connected me to my new favorite radio station, 95.5 The Mountain! They were rocking all day in the office and I rocked all the way home in my new ride! Thanks again for inviting us into the family and thanks, Scott, for saying yes!

But this one not only stood out, but Ino as well as his staff were quick to answer any questions I had honestly & in a professional manner. If I could rate 10/10, that would be my rating. The lady who I dealt with was very pleasant and kind. She answers to a boss. But that's every car dealership in a nutshell. The issue I had was I was very specific about me, my credit, the vehicles I wish to rid myself of and the amount stilled owed. I was then showed a vehicle which would've worked nicely. But at the price they quoted me, the payment amount, and the time to pay it off, would've doubled the cost of the vehicle. That was my experience.

Two weeks ago we put $1,000 down, ended up buying a different car from a different dealer. It took nine days to get our money back and we had to go to the dealership to get it back.

Seems sketchy... I called to get a price on a vehicle and was told they have specials going on so there is no price on it? Wait, what? I then asked what the ballpark price is? Well we have many vehicles on the lot starting at 8k to 10K and going up from there? huh? I am not driving 30 minutes to find out the car is over priced. To not get a straight answer is messed up....
