“The customer service they provide is something not seen often enough. The quality of the printing is fabulous. The employees went above and beyond to help with a difficult printing job.”
“To Ricky Smith, I've had that business name since 2010 when I started in Los Angeles, so maybe do some research before making those types of comments there buddy. ;)”
“I had tight print deadline that I had to meet. Briana did everything she could to accommodate me. The process was seamless and easy. I appreciate all of her help. I would certainly go back to Office Max and would recommend it to other business owners.”
“This store is always quick ,convenient, courteous, knowledgeable, clean and extremely efficient.. not one complaint and I've been coming here for multiple reason for years.”
“I recently emailed print and lamination service request to the Casa Grande AZ OfficeMax. Right before payment, I noted it stated my order would be ready next business day. It was a few minutes before 2pm. I need the items early the next morning. I had the thought to call the print department! Gentleman I spoke to confirmed that there were orders ahead of mine therefore the information I received. He inquired about the order and I shared information with him. He mentioned they may be able to get it done (no promises) by 6pm that day. He was polite, sincere, and empathetic. I submitted the order with fingers crossed. Best part of this? I received a text message well before 6pm that my order was ready for pickup! I was able to get my print service products delivered the next morning right on schedule! Many thanks to print services @ OfficeMax Casa Grande for going above and beyond.”

“Always helpful and pleasant to talk with.
Also there are many unhappy people leaving poor reviews. To them I say stop complaining, go to another store, do it yourself or open your own store.”
