I’ve been taking accutane for four months now and every single month they have messed up my prescription in one way or another. My prescription got “stuck” in their system so they didn’t see it needed to be filled. This month they forgot to order it and now I have to rush to Florence on the last day I can pick it up. They always say they will text when your prescriptions are ready but they don’t text you until after you’ve already picked up your prescription . Inconvenient, unfriendly, awful.

Rude people filling 3rd party delivery. Safeway fails to fully disclose requirements of drivers to 3rd party delivery service.

Friendly staff! We walked in about 20 minutes before they closed and they were happy to fill my prescription with a smile and time to spare. Very easy and no hassle and this was my first time using Safeway as my pharmacy. Excellent staff!

I was very displeased with the person working the prescription counter today. I had been waiting to pick up my prescriptions at least 10 minutes while this person socialized with her customer and people passing by the counter. By "socialized" it was not business-related. As this continued the line behind me grew to at least 4 people, maybe more. When she finally called "next" I pointed to a lady who had been there before me and told the counter lady that she was next. The counter lady seemed to ignore me and motioned for the lady behind me to go to the counter. I approached the counter lady and told her that I was next. She responded with " I called next and you were still back there. I stated that there were passerbys the I couldn't run over. She told me it was too late, because she had began with the woman that rushed in front of me. All she had done was key in the customer's birthdate(estimated 6 keystrokes), and I looked at her in disbelief. Why would she take this other person before me? No one disputed that I was next.. At that point I told the counter lady that I was under a time constraint, and had to insist that I had to be waited upon. At that point she ignored me and continued with the lady that was behind me in line. This caught the attention of another worker in the pharmacy that came to "my rescue". The final straw was when I looked over after the rescue, and both the counter lady and the lady that was behind me were both giving me a cold stare and talking quietly between themselves. Obviously the conversation was about me, which fueled my anger. So much so, that I called the store Manager after, and complained. He said he would handle it, but I have my doubts. He didn't ask for my phone number, in case she refutes anything. Customer Service, where did it go?

This is a terrible pharmacy I will never get my medications sent here again. Have been trying to call to see if my meds are ready and they either don’t answer the phone or simply hang up on me. I have callled over 20 times.

Need better management. Auto refill on but never works. I waited 2 weeks then reordered regular generic maintenance meds online... 3 days later still not refilled. Called again and man said yesterday they would process urgently. Well, 2 of the 3 are out of meds so I have to wait til Monday now for restock to arrive. I'll be switching pharmacies soon! They need to get systems updated and inventory correct.

I hope management reads these reviews. This pharmacy has gone downhill very fast. They never answer the phone, sometimes in a full day. They are slow and disorganized. Maybe new refreshed staff who want to work is what needs to happen.

Horrible service, prescriptions are never ready when you’re told they will be. Slowest service of any CG pharmacy, training would do a lot of good.

The pharmacy is horrible here. My meds are never ready on time. I always have to pick them up 1 to 2 days later. Then they don’t even let you know when the rx is ready or if all of them are ready until you get there and go home just to find out all your meds aren’t there. So I try to call them and they never answer the freaking phone! I will call over and over and over and they will not answer no matter what. My rx’s I take are very much needed and I can’t ever get them. They will also turn you down if you go in trying to get your meds 30min before they close. I’ve tried to talk to them about my meds before and they have a don’t care attitude and really aren’t much help. I’m so done with this pharmacy and I’m transferring to another one! My fiance has the same issue with me. So I would really consider going somewhere else!

No pharmacist at 8:10 so could not open. My prescription I called in on Monday wasn't ready. This is Friday. The poor clerk was pleasant and help. She is over worked and given little support.

I've had trouble the first few times I've been to this pharmacy, thinking maybe it's just bad luck. Accidents happen I get it but there is just no competence with this pharmacy other than smiling faces from the techs at the register. I have never shown up and had a prescription ready even when notified it's ready for pick up. It's always the same story, oh we apologize give us 30 minutes and we will have it right up. This last trip i spent 45 minutes in line to be told it will be ready in 30 - the same story they gave me 2 hours prior. A little frustrated I went home to come back a couple hours again and third time in a day my prescription that was ready at 10am is still 30 minutes from being filled. More than frustrating
