Blood draw felt like I got jabbed it’s obvious that they’re trying to work fast and get rid of the line but it was incredibly painful could have been a little bit more gentle.

If I could give no star I would. This location rarely has enough employees working. Once again we show up for an appointment to.be told its an hour wait. So what's the point in having an appointment. This is for the location near the hospital.

If I could give negative stars I would! I went in 3 separate times to get a glucose test done, every time they told me I couldn’t take it when there was more than enough time to get an hour glucose test done. The final time I went they told me I needed to be fasting because that’s the one my doctor order but I called my doctors and they said I did not need to be fasting. I don’t know if they had something against me for whatever reason but they are not there to help people. The ladies do not have good people/customer service skills. I felt they could have taken me the first time or if I needed to be there earlier tell me I need to be “fasting” when I come in the next time and suggest a time I get there and just could have been more professional.

Another problem that ONLY has to do with billing, not the people that work there. I wanted to ask to adjust what I owed, due what I consider unnecessary charges. When you call them the only options are to 'pay it all', or 'pay some of it'. Again, no people to interact with or state your case. You sure are saving SO much money Sonora, while the rest of us go to the poor farm.Steve

Yesterday was my first time at this location and the checkin process was easy through the kiosk. The front desk techs were nice, i sadly didn’t have my insurance card so i had to come back today, and i decided to go to a location closer this morning (safeway one) it was the same tech i saw yesterday! she was so sweet, thank you to the team I will for sure be using Sonora Quest for all my lab needs! (I don’t understand the poor reviews, yes they get busy, but my experience was good.)

From the receptionist to the person taking blood samples, all were incredibly rude. You can tell they don’t like their job or even tending to people’s needs. Place needs a refresh of new workers.

I made an appointment for today! I waited 35 minutes and went to,the receptionist and said if I had been forgotten , she said I was next! I sat down and watched as they were calling other patients to be seen! The girl with the dark hair, seems like she thinks she is privileged! Find some where else to go! Why are they not honoring appointments! I wasn't the only one unhappy! It is amazing people working don't remember we are paying their salary!

I went to Sonora Quest on Salk Drive, Casa Grande to have my blood drawn to check my thyroid and the woman that took my blood caused me a lot of pain. It bleed a lot after she drew the blood and left a bruise. I wish I was able to send pictures.

Front desk was unprofessional. Went in on Friday and they said they couldn’t draw because if they did the blood work it would just go to waste sitting there over the weekend to return Monday morning. Came back Monday morning and they stated they couldn’t accept walk ins due to short staff. So disappointing. Went to LabCorp and they were way more professional and they were able to draw me. I will not recommend this location to anybody, poor customer service

I've been here several times and I've had very good experiences every time! Not too busy usually and very nice staff. They were sweet for my toddler too! Assertive we're needed, but thoughtful!

Trying to call them. Go through their menu options, and once it seemingly trying to connect you get a "We're sorry, you don't need to dial a 1 to get this number" message. So it's basically impossible to talk to someone on the phone as a patient. They need to fix their phone service.

Completely agree with previous post regarding being rude. Some of the rudest people I've ever encountered or at this facility! They don't say hello they don't say goodbye nothing.. we just jab you roughly in the arm with a needle and when you say ouch nit even as much as a flush.. And I usually don't have a problem with somebody drawing my blood but this girl was a little bit on the right side. then she says "sign here" and sends you on your way. A hello goes a long way people might want to try it. I will be trying the other CG location because these people are so incredibly rude especially the girl who drew my labs ...no I don't know her name because no one wears a name badge but she has a tattoo on her left forearm. You know who you are. Try being a little friendlier ..it goes along way. On top of that they're now only open from 6 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday make it really hard to get your labs drawn if you don't get off work until four ...might rethink that idea didn't make a lot of sense. The only good thing I can say about this place is at least they're no longer making your patients wear a mask.

I've been going to the Lab in Safeway on Trekell in Casa Grande and ivnever had any problems at all. The lab technicians here are so nice and patient as I am highly terrified of needles since being sick so much. They are patient and eager to make my experience a pleasurable experience. Never have I had to wait more than 5 mins for service. Thank you for your great customer support and service.
