I felt uncomfortable here and only stayed for three hours. There was constant banging upstairs, yelling in the hallway, smell of weed, and someone opened my door even though it was locked. A friend recommended that I leave that place since it's sketchy so I tasked the front desk for a refund. The manager was contacted and he/she refused. Idk if they thought that I wanted a free stay, but that was not my intention. I left anyways and tried to reach out to the managers with failed attempts.Considering the fact that I didn't mess anything up in the room or do anything shady, I don't see a reason as to why they couldn't be nice enough to refund.

Second visit, years ago the owners and managers did a good job. Wow, what a difference. Cold Indian couple who are either the owners or mangers looked down on me. I should have left then.Room not ready. Room not properly cleaned. It took 10 minutes to check in. after waiting 10 minutes for the person before me to check in. When I questioned why the room was not ready I was told, not asked, to wait.NEVER STAY THERE. IT'S A PIG PEN RUN BY PEOPLE WHO ARE HEADED TO FAILURE!

Nasty owners? Room not ready, dismissed me as if my reservation and my being there at the time the room should be ready was not their concern.Room was not properly cleaned and when reported to who appeared the owner I was again dismissed and told to wait. Finally gave up, unpacked and waited to have someone come by and properly clean the room. No one came!Checked out the next day after the included breakfast (I stay at motels, this again was substandard) and checked into another Casa Grande motel that, in the same price range, was 10 times better with a friendly staff, a properly cleaned room and a much better breakfast.STAY FAR AWAY, MUCH BETTER PLACES TO STAY!!

Rooms were old and crusty like motel 6 but expensive like Holiday Express. Doors to rooms are on heavy springs and slam close. Very loud..people slamming door at 2

Room floors were dirty, however we were too tired from our travels to bring it up to the front staff. The front staff girl was very courteous and helpful though. This hotel is much safer than some of the other ones around, so that's why me and a friend stayed here primarily.Otherwise an alright hotel if you need it for a night or two on your travels.

I made reservations through an agency for 9/ 2 thru 9/5 desperately in need of shelter due to the failure of my AC unit in my house. The gentleman that made the reservations for me assured me the super 8 was pet friendly. Upon arrival I was rudely informed that my dog wasn't welcome. I tried to explain that the agency assured me that they were pet friendly. I was told no the only dogs welcome were full service dogs. I was so frustrated and sick from spending 4 nights in my 100 degree house. I requested a refund, which I had to go thru the agency I started the process, and I was told I would only be refunded for 2 nights. It wasn't my fault. I'm an elderly woman living on SS and wanting my less than $100 back good job super 8 m a multi million dollar company. I am very disappointed, but what do they care they have my measle $ take that money and send the staff for training. I was treated very poorly, snubbed like I was less than human. I drove to Tucson checked in a very pet friendly hotel where pets stay for FREE. I was treated with respect, and my dog was welcomed with open arms . Shame on super 8. "Yea for RR Inn Ina and I 10 Tucson"

Local residents whos ac went out. Booked two rooms . First room reeked of cat urine and the ceiling was caved in.. moved the whole family to the second room... holes in shower walls and blood on wall above toilet paper holder. Clock radio was broken apart but still plugged in, phone did not work. Pulled sheets down and the bed was filthy. Asked for new sheets and the maid handed them off to me balled up. Mattresses were covered in what looked like blood also. Contacted front desk for a refund and was told to do it through Expedia, however front desk would not take expedias call. We paid a $50 early check in at 11:00, check in was 3:00. We went downstairs to get refined the early check in fee and was told no since we were in the room.... We left at 12:30 to the front desk JERK laughing and throwing hand gestures at us, filed dispute with the bank and got our money back. Went across the parking lot to holiday inn and highly recommend it in the casa grande az area.

This was the WORST hotel experience I've ever had. Our ac went out in the middle of the night. We needed a place to stay right away. After booking online, we waited over 45 minutes to check in while the receptionist was blatantly sitting in the office. I had to call her not once but TWICE and say HELLO WE ARE WAITING. Our 1 year old son was sooo tired and hot, we needed to get in! We paid for a king size bed and got 2 fulls. When we asked for it to be resolved, and we were told this was all they had. We got no sleep trying to make sure my son didn't roll out of bed. Absolutely horrible service.

Bed was comfortable! Coffee was good.Room smelled like cigarettes...uck!No chair in the room.Went down stairs at 5:30 to get coffee. Sign said coffee not available until 6:00 -9:00. Sign on desk said "be right back". Went down at 6:00. Sign crossed out...and hand written sign showed coffee available at 6:20 -9:00. A sign on desk "be right back".Walkability: IHop is next door.

No chairs in the guestroom , appliances not working ( lamp ) properly and electrical outlets not working. EDIT, after trying to contact Wyndham properties with no reply I am adding that I received an email from someone from the property implying I was lying and that everything works just fine. I guess I must of imagined that there was no chair in my room and all of the outlets were in working order. If I don't hear from Wyndham soon I will completely stop using all their hotels and advise my clients as well. Here is another edit still have not received a reply from Wyndham or Super 8, Stay away from this hotel.

It’s just a tad better than motel 6. Everything is fairy old and poorly maintained, there were several patched holes in the walls, the shower had decent water pressure, the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on and the TV channel selection is as about the worst I’ve seen in all my years of travel. No breakfast or coffee served either. It will work if you’re in a pinch and need a room. Would definitely recommend this place as a last resort and no other hotels have vacancies.

Great place to stay, all friendly staff. The front desk guy Jared always helps me out with my luggage when they give me a room upstairs. Kudos to that kid he deserves a raise ?Rooms: Cozy and the bed was just perfect... could use some touch ups but it's a good place to stay.
