I took my mom in to have her phone open to move to another carrier. She left T Mobile because of where she lives and a new cell tower that was put in, she was unable to have a good connection. So long story short the gentleman that helped us was amazing, friendly, professional and has lots of patience. Thank you!!!

Don’t come here unless you have all day. One worker out of however many are getting paid to work and aren’t. This is the pointless service that the world has come to when you don’t drug test and the one’s in management positions need to be workers instead of management. I wish the stars could go negative. This picture was taken after 3 people left and I’ve been here over 25 minutes.

Has a manager, new to me. Thinking of a class action suit toward the company and the local store I do business with. Provides extremely bottom service where I live. During the last year my phone service has declined and is now pathetic. My TV service was GREAT under Sprint, and takes an hour for the service to LOAD. A year, no improvements. So sorry.angoes.

Came in with my girlfriend the other day, I was looking to upgrade my IPhone 11 to the 14 Pro. They denied my trade in and that’s okay but they tried to charge me over $300 to get the phone that day. So I got on Verizon’s website and got it for free along with Sunday ticked for maybe $20 more on my bill. If that chub that was there would have actually wanted to help me he would have got a sale and T-Mobile would have kept a customer.

Had a great experience at tmobile. Jessica and David helped me pick out the best phone and watch for me. She informed me of the current promotions and gave a great deal. Set up my new phone and watch and I couldn't be happier. Always a great experience at this store.

Can't get online to get my bill because their website doesn't work, but only for my home account so they have to put in a trouble ticket with tech support. They can take my money though no problem. Will be returning my home internet box simply because I can't get a copy of my bill for work.
