First the people in Service - who took my 'sick' C-Max and were so helpful in diagnosing its problems and then delivering the bad news. And then the star of the day: CHRIS MCBRIDE in Sales, who helped me find a beautiful 2016 Chevelle Malibu. Chris is friendly but low-key - you never feel pressured - and so knowledgeable and so patient (even when I was very impatient) and helped me every step of the way. I really can't say enough. “The Casa Grande location is second to none. The sales team are quick and get customers what they need. The service dept runs like a well oiled machine, its very impressive.
We are on a cross country trip from Maine to California and back. On our way home, we had 2 separate blow outs on our 5th wheel rv. Luckily we had stopped 2 miles from the Casa Grande location the previous night. We arrived 1st thing Saturday morning, and was surprised to see how many people were already waiting. We was 12th in line, but it only took 15min to be waited on. Peter is very professional and helpful, he walked us through choosing the right tires, and getting us in line for our new tires installed. (We decided to replace them all, 6 total) Aydin and Joseph jumped onto the 5th wheel, and had all 6 tires done within 35 minutes. This included jacking up the 5th wheel, removing the tires, mounting new tires and putting them back on, very impressed with the professionalism and fast work.Don't hesitate to get your work done here at Casa Grande!!

“We experienced loss of tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, and back up camera in our motorhome a few days before a 1300 mile trip home. A phone call to Eddie was rewarded with a listening ear, relevant questions, and assessment of possible causes. It was instantly apparent he had knowledge, skills, and experience. He earns confidence. He made an appointment for us the next morning. Kenny, 'who likes working with wires' ? quickly traced out the issue which was a loss of ground. He added a ground which resolved all the issues. Great staff, clean shop, reasonable rates. Plus, a fun place to wait while work is being done. The place was full of classic cars! “had Brake Masters check my car on Friday Sept 5 as brake and battery light came on and car lost power so was slow driving to them for diagnostic test. matt was very nice and checked everything out and gave me advice to use another place as they did not do electric diagnostic. He did not charge me for service provided since he could not repair it. I have used them before and always get 5 star rating. Thanks for checking every thing out. Good place to use for brakes.”
“I had a great experience at Big O Tires! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what my car needed. I came in for a tire rotation and they let me know about an issue with one of my tires before it became a real problem. The service was quick, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Prices were fair, and they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend this location!”
“Jeremy welcomed my husband and I with a smile on his face and Great Customer Service. Assisted us with the tire availability in the store. The tire selection was great and better than what we were looking for online. We did not have an appointment, and Jeremy scheduled one for us. Was told the wait time would be approximately 2 hours. It was less. Jeremy and Juan treated us as a family member. They both delivered Great Customer Service. Most definitely going back.”
