This is the worst tractor supply. They screwed up and misplaced my title. No one has answers. Never again. Jan 17 finally got the right certificate. Never again will I go to this store.

Employees rude saying they are closed even though it was barely 7pm they close at 9pm the manager was very nice and let us know what we came for (propane) was just empty not that they were closed the employee should be reprimanded for being rude up front without anyone being disrespectful towards him

I called the Casa Grande store and asked if they had Yeti water bottles, the man on the phone told me they did. 15 minutes later I stopped in and two associates told me they don't carry that brand. Was very confused and disappointed

My son's car broke down (battery) in front of this store and the employees within were super helpful at getting him up and going again, helping us with a new battery installation and everything. What a bunch of kind workers. Shoutout to Bobby and Haley. Awesome customer service.

The store is not bad, but I didn't like the farmers market on Saturdays to sell puppies. It was hot and the puppies were on a cage, it was very sad to see them like that. I am sure those ppl were not part of the farmers market because they were at the edge of the market on a truck.. but still sad to see the organizers allow that.
I hope this message gets to the organizers of the farmers market, but it is really sad and depressing to see puppies under those conditions...

Not speaking on behalf of this tractor supply but the shot vet clinic,PetVet. The most unprofessional ill knowledgeable individuals i have ran i to when it comes to pet care. To start my dog is timid when it comes to new folks, he is large at 89 lbs (great dane german shepherd mix) but the biggest love nut. The vettech had a demeanor that scared him so he barked at her body language.She does not allow him to smell her or get acquainted, instead her solution was to put him in a mussel because he barked at her. It was OBVIOUS this vettech was afraid of dogs. He is the kindest pup and has never hurt anyone or been aggressive with any human, babies, adults, other dogs etc. Anyway her solution was to put a mussel on for her safety. So i comply reluctantly. She gets my info and we move up in the line she goes back to her coworkers and tells them my pup is aggressive, mind you he has a mussel on and is trying to take it off while sitting. He was well behaved. A different woman sees the mussel and of course what her coworker said freaked her out. She tried to just put a harness on him and he lays down. At this point my pup is obviously uncomfortable and scared and I was pissed. I took off the mussel and the harness they put on and said "this is ridiculous, hes not aggressive, you're scaring him more with the mussel and your reactions towards him" to which their response was "well maybe this is a great time to establish a permanent vet for him"... the amount of sarcasm and disrespect we both received at that PetVet was disgusting. Anyways I left and brought him to PetSmart and their ShotVet clinic. Night and day difference. They let him smell them, get acquainted, we were in and out in no time! AND NO MUSSELS because he's Not aggressive! So to the PetVet clinic maybe hire people that aren't scared of animals and know animals body language.

Went in there looking for some work boots. Staff was extremely helpful they didn't have anything in my size and offered to put a special order in... I needed them faster than they could get them for me so I ended getting them somewhere else. Will definitely be back for all my other needs I noticed they had a great selection of socks at very reasonable prices and gloves too.
