Yard driver cussed me out and hops out of the truck like a tough guy, all bark no bite. for entering an area that isn’t even properly coned off and no signs saying “do not enter”. Is that how you treat your drivers that come to haul your goods? Unacceptable. Your yard guys need to treat truck drivers with respect and understand that not everyone is from the area. I hope management fires this yard driver, I wish I got his name.

The security guard at the door is very bad. He has no religious manners and has a lot of attitude and thinks of the driver as a fool. If he hates the driver so much, he should get some other job, And I was waiting here since 11 hours for my trailer to be loaded but he had given me a number to call and ask if my trailer is ready. Whenever I called him, a rude man would refuse me in a very different 😓manner. He would not even ask whether it would take so much time or it is ready that much I have picked up and dropped loads from other locations of tractor supply as well but I have never encountered such bad behaviour from any employee as the 🫨🫨employees here

Few days ago went to pick up a load around 10pm. On my way out, the guard shack was closed, no lights, no movements inside. I thought maybe he was asleep, maybe in the bathroom, or maybe shift change at the main building… I DONT KNOW! After 15mins waiting, I sound my horn. Another 15 mins passed and the security guard, (an Indian or Mexican dude long hair) opened the door. “No need to sound the horn. I saw you. I’m doing work in there”. Told him I didn’t know what was going on because there is no way to see inside. He decided to lecture me. “I’m not here for you to lecture me. Here is the BOL. Do your job and let me outta here” so he decided to take his sweet time. I opened the guard shack door and that was the end… short story… I wanna bit the living actitud out of this dude but, because I am retired, with no debts, and driving only for fun, I let this dude be himself.
Well, I not longer haul for Swift. I am running now with friends in Texas, still making money and the sorry attitude of this dude still working grave yard at the DC for maybe 700 at week.
BTW, administration should read another review about no lights in that guard shack and should turn their lights on. Maybe like that they don’t go to sleep.

Drop & Hooks are a cake walk here! Easy in and out but at times the yard dogs raise these loaded trailers higher than they should be which they should work at adjusting the height once they drop the loaded trailer in the area.

OTR: 24/7. Drop n Hook. No overnight parking onsite. Overnight parking on side streets nearby. No bathroom is available. BoL from gate guard. Inbound empty trailer, doors open. Plenty of maneuvering space. Decent lighting. Parking slots are numbered.
