I think that between Sephora and Ulta there are some prices that differentiate both perfumes and makeup, I am delighted that there are both in Casa Grande.

Kayla put me on !! i came in one day looking for brow gel n as usual kayla being so helpful and sweet she helped me and recommended the got2be hair gel. yes it is hair gel but ITS AMAZING ! kayla really helped me achieve the perfect brow and i couldn’t thank her enough !

I got a little lost looking for certain items but they had them in stock with many alternatives and the selection gave me different ideas for how to approach my routine. Prices were fair at MSRP which is still more affordable than Amazon.

I had an appointment at 4 pm yesterday. I received a call at 3:50 advising they were running a little late and to come in at 4:30. When I got there at 4:30 I was advised they were running late and it would be 5 pm. Close to 5 I was advised they could not do the appointment and they asked to reschedule. I was then rescheduled for the next day at1:30. When I returned home I received a call asking if I could come in at 11:45 on Sunday (the next day) instead to ensure they would have plenty of time for my cut and highlight and not rush me, especially since they have now rescheduled me 4 times in the last 2 hours. Imagine my surprise when I received a call on Sunday, a half an hour before my 11:45 appointment, cancelling the appointment because they don’t have enough time in between appointments to sweep and clean. I explained what I was told the day before about rescheduling my 1:30 appointment to 11:45 to have “plenty of time to meet my needs”, I asked if I could come in just for. Haircut and forget the highlight and they said they had no time today,, apologized for the “technological glitch”, and advised I would not be charged a cancellation fee. I replied I hope not since they are the ones cancelling. Everyone was nice, but this was my first and last Ulta Salon experience.

Very friendly staff but very restrictive sales. Example: 5 for $10I bought 7 of something so got the sale on the first 5 but then full price on the other 2.Usually as long as you buy 5, they would then all be at the sales price.

Just wanted to drop a thank you to the 3 Ulta employees I had a pleasure being helped by yesterday and making my birthday shopping trip unforgettable!!! Angelo my cashier and I believe maria , both with a big smile despite having high volume in the store I still felt like I was actually being helped by them and this is the second time Angelo has checked me out with such good service I thought he deserved a thank you ☺️ MOST IMPORTANTLY thank you!!!!!! To Bryan /Brian THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Helped me find an amazing gift set to update my skin care that was definitely worth the money not only that he went out of his way to make sure I was actually being helped and we had such a pleasant conversation while shopping as well so thank you for the beautiful energy and such a great experience ?

Worst service ever by cashier and her so called rude and anti friendly manager.... created such a hostile environment that I will never return to this said store!!!! Lacks customer service etiquette... Which was obviously a reflection of management. Save yourself from being shamed and made a spectacle ... go to Sephora! Avoid these 2, in Casa Grande...... Janelle and Kayla!!!!

Just had my color touched up by Annabell Luna and OMG she did an incredible job! I’m naturally blonde and I don’t like prefer red tones and Honestly it’s the best my color has looked in a long time! TY SO MUCH!!

Good result on my hair color, highlights and then add on root touchup, which was planned the latter for my next visit.What I dont like is add on service and fees for my hair that I'm not made aware of, that weren't discussed or preapproved, that just get added on. $25 this time.Its not on my personal receipt, just the invoice given to me, and only disclosed when I was done and it was time to pay.This happened too at the Tempe 101/202 Ulta, but for two extra $25 fees.So probably I won't return. I don't like this undisclosed or unapproved profit-maximizing activity.My hair services are already a huge investment. These kind of add-on fee practices, stop doing this.
