I had sent a extra large box package out and it looked like it was cut in half or something in the picture. I had a big bouquet in it and it was a graduation gift for a family member. I'm very disappointed that ups didn't take proper care of it.

I had the best experience today. A very nice and knowledgeable young man helped me get a QR code from my phone for a return.
I have zero tech abilities, and he was wonderful. After wasting at least 20 minutes of his time, I found out the code was for the post office, not UPS. He was so nice about it and said he was glad to help me. He restored my faith in young people.
I will definitely use this store for all my shipping needs in the future.
