What a HORRIFIC experience!!! I went in and was told I have to wait while my package is wrapped, are you kidding!!! The only lady who has permission to wrap is busy! I wait! I will say the store is busy, while I am waiting 2 other customers needed their packages wrapped and one associate advised one customer to come back Monday!!! Unbelievable.... The other customer gave feed back this store is never accommodating! NO SHIT...!The older lady who is ok'd to package finally calls me over. I gave her my phone number and she asked all the questions that are on the computer as I regularly ship to the address on file. I walk out with my items, the hell with this UPS! I will take all my packages to UPS ON PINAL by frys! They know how to run a business! Damn owner on florence I'm sure doesn't care.

YESTERDAY, I EXPERIENCED THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE LADY, THAT AT LEASE TRIED TO HELP ME….. I ONLY NEEDED TO GET 10 PRINTED COPIES MADE FROM MY iPHONE, IN A LARGE FONT….I WAITED FOR WHAT FELT LIKE AN HOUR + TO GET MY COPIES COMPLETED- OUT OF THE 20 COPIES THATI WAS CHARGED, ONLY 1 PAGE WAS DONE CORRECTLY!!!!I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT PRINT IN A LARGE OR BOLD FONT…..???? HUH ? I HAD A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT- THAT I ALMOST MISSED DEALING WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!!!!!!SO DISAPPOINTED.

I would give a lower score if I could. They insisted I have a package for my Amazon return before they would take it. I know sometimes you do but my instructions said no package necessary. I left to get my cash and came back in. Bought an envelope for 2.99 but they then charged me 2.96 to print out 2 pieces of paper. The first gal was rude and acted like she was doing people a favor by being there. I will never go back to that store.

I am one of the customers that prepaid for 6 months when it comes to prepaying for another 6 months I may or may not do this. Today I called because my package hasn't shown as being picked up by the United States Post office of course I didn't drop it off (mom did) so I asked "Nicole" if she can verify my package is back there instead of doing that she just told me when it's picked up and when it's not picked up in a condescending tone. I had to call back and Angelina that's what she said was her name, but honestly she sounded like "Nicole", picked up and helped me out and did what I had asked the first call to do. In any case I do not need to have a condescending cashier telling me when or when. Oct 12 two calls 520-64*-**** from me at around 1130 ish. Next time instead of getting condescending with her little attitude she could just do what the customer had asked. Can she can visually verify and it cost her no money and maybe 10 seconds of her time that's what she could have done instead of ruining a customer relationship for you guys. I had asked her two or three times and both times she just responded with a negative attitude condescending mode I said I don't care what your policy is or when it gets picked up I want you to go visually see if you can I didn't drop it off and I do not know instead of just doing that she was rude and found three different ways to tell me she's not going to do it.
