Terrible customer service. Can't increase daily spending limits until after a year of banking on a DEBIT card. I should be able to buy airline tickets for my family if I have the money in my account. Wouldn't discuss with me my husband's card so I could try and split the amount between the two of our cards. Run!! Bank anywhere else. Don't trust these idiots with your money. I should be able to spend MY money when I need it.

Since we moved from La Mesa. We've been going to this branch since Maricopa doesn't have a branch. The tellers are the nicest and most pleasant to do our business with. They always greet with a smile and how can we help you! The majority of the time Michael has served us and he is amazing! I look forward to seeing him when we go. Thank you for being a fantastic branch! You all are appreciated by us.

Worst customer service I have ran into in the last 10 years. Lackluster customer service and will say anything just to get you off the phone. Maybe they are understaffed but it clearly shows.

I called a couple days in advance to confirm a notary would be on site the Sunday I was driving to this US Bank location which was an 1.5 hour drive from my home as I was meeting someone there to sell my motorcycle. They confirmed they would indeed have a notary there that day and went a step further and personally confirmed with the notary to bring her book and stamp that day. The Sunday comes and I arrive at the bank. There is no notary.... her schedule had been changed and they would not allow her to come in as it would be overtime. No one thought to call the customer who specifically asked about the notaries absence just days prior. I inquired while there if they could call in notary to for the one item but they said they wouldn't because they didn't want to pay her the overtime, even though I had driven 1.5 hours and made arrangements with my Buyer. There was no other notary available in town as it was a Sunday and we had to drive another hour out of the way. US Bank handled this situation quite poorly and I am considering taking my money elsewhere over this whole ordeal.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I spoke with Edward one of the district managers here about a consistent problem my wife and I have been having at one of the other US Bank locations. He skipped around the problem and didn't have any desire to solve the real problem. They have chosen to cancel my accounts because of the words of one of there employees. They refuse to review the video of the particular argument. Stay away from U.S. Bank. Don't take my words for it, just search "US bank reviews" in Google. They have one star out of 5. I can't even find 1 review where they rated them more than 1 star. They will cancel your accounts if you request any form of customer service. Don't bank here, you will regret it!!!!
