The only Verizon store we like going to. They are always so helpful, cheerful & informative when you ask questions about anything. Even when they’re busy they try their best to give their attention to each customer.

The main reason for the 3-stars was the smell inside the store when I went. I was there around 6pm and it smelled like someone was smoking in the store or a bunch of smokers came into the store and left a lingering smell. It was so bad we waited outside until it was our turn.The rep who helped us was knowledgeable and took care of the reason for my visit.

Cheyenne was very helpful. She had so much patience & is fabulous at her job. We were on the phone with customer service & she was able to deal with them & actually get things sorted out. i trust her & would highly recommend if you have any issues.

Worst experience. I took 2 phones to trade in for an upgrade and I only got credit for one of my phones. Supposedly my other got lost it was never sent to Verizon so they can’t even track the phone. Now I’m paying full price for iPhone 13 plus and I’m out of a phone. I’m still fighting with both Russell cellar and Verizon it’s been 6 months now. I think someone is pocketing phones and selling them elsewhere. The manager at Russell cellar not helpful at all.

This trip started at Walmart with an electronics rep trying to upgrade my phone. We had to get Verizon on the phone who told us I'd have to pay the remaining $80 on my daughter's phone in order to upgrade so I did. The rep immediately hung up on me and still wouldn't approve Walmart to make the sale. So I went to the corporate Verizon store. They confirmed that the payment was received and told me that if I wanted to upgrade I'd have to pay $700 in advance. I'm tempted to give them up for a government phone.

Employee that "helped" my dad was unbelievably rude, refused to communicate and tried to blame him for the problem, despite having a receipt and valid order number. Absolute joke of a store.

Worthless! Brian is incompetent, argumentative, and rude. Not only did this business screw up everything from the hook up to the billing, they tried to double charge us for a phone. One month later and 2 hours for Brian to fix this mistake, I find out I get charged twice for a hook up fee! Thanks Russell! I will never be back. I rather wait at a real Verizon store for hours and not deal with this incompetence!

The manager could teach the other store in Casa Grande a lot of lessons in public relations. If I would have went to this store first I might still be a Verizon customer.

I have been working with Anna the store manager bri eubaanks since January 12th of 2022.We were supposed to be giving a credit by exchanging a phone. The phone was not requested to be turned in. When we followed up in April, May, June we were told to just wait that the credit would appear.We then started speaking with Anna she is apparently been waiting for this lady. Brii So we went down. We handed them the phone and it is been about 2 months and we still have no resolution. No credit. No nothing. Contacting them on a regular basis is useless cuz all you get stuck is in voicemail hell.

I've never used or been in the store. But I've heard from first hand people that it's a tough place to work. And in my opinion it's not one of the best places to buy and have service. ( that's only my opinion) Hallelujah Amen???

I just want to say how awesome Danny was!!! She helped me switch from my old phone to a new one. She went above and beyond she and she was so polite, so knowledgeable!!! And just a joy towork with. Your store is the absolute best!!!
