Awful pharmacy. Take forever to answer phone and for two months straight of picking up my meds regularly,every week or so, they would only partially fill it, meaning I would have to go back two extra times until the next new refill so basically going there every week! Seems to me like a bunch of bully's really.

This pharmacy is the worst place to refill your prescriptions, refill was ordered and a week later they don’t have the medication. Previous month they were out of the medication for 3 weeks, no update or push for an alternative medication.

Went to walgreens pharmacy to talk to the pharmacist about a prescription I had a question about. This guy was great. Came out and answered all my question so I can understand everything. Really appreciate it. Also everyone behind the counter are really helpful and friendly.

I left my dermotology appt with a handwritten note from the physician for a rather simple over the counter skin cream. I asked the clerk if it was available. The pharmacist in the background immediately barked that it is a \\\"prescription medication\\\". The note I had from the physician was clearly written. No courteous questions about the cream. No civil behavior or helpfulness. Unfortunately I am beginning to expect this behavior from retail and service providers. In the end, I went to the parking lot and ordered the cream from Amazon as described by the physician in his note. It arrived at my home the next day.

I called and inquired why two of my prescriptions have yet to be filled. They told me that I picked up one of them along with another prescription, already. I said I did not receive 2 that day. I asked for them to look at the camera footage. They were hesitant, but then they did. They said they looked at it and saw me receive this. This in fact a lie. I asked if I could see the footage. They said it's against their policy. (This is for birth control- mind you .. insane). Are they hiding something? Why can't I see it? Its because they are in the wrong. I will never shop at this Walgreens again. I will never shop at a Walgreens again if this is how they allow their stores to be run and staff to treat people. I am completely disgusted.

when i had covid dr ordered meds at pharmacy they filled one which wasn't even how dr told me she ordered it ... pharmacy refused to call her back and verify it... then they wouldn't give me the second med because the address they had on file was different from my current address and i had never filled anything at walgreen's previously ... then several days later they called demanding i pick up the prescription they refused to give me in the first place which i had called dr back and had dr reorder it at different pharmacy... i will not use walgreens again !

What a great experience I had at this location! I went to fill a prescription last night after getting out of the Banner emergency room. Sarah was the person at the Walgreens window that assisted me. Since I don't have insurance, she worked with me with discount drug cards to reduce the price from $127.00 to $65.00, then their computer crashed, so they could not apply the discount card. The pharmacist Brandon came over when he saw that Sarah couldn't process the discount. He

Walgreens cannot fill your prescription automatically if your doctor sends it in with a fill date. or example if your MD states on the RX fill on January 15th and they receive the refill on the 13th it will go into a hold status and cannot be automatically filled. When you get to the Walgreens your prescription WILL NOT BE waiting. IN the age of computers this is absurd Crappy customer service. They people at the store states that is because of the number of prescriptions they fill a day. Pay a programmer to make this happen automatically
