Asked 4 different employees to open a case for a $10 SD card and was told no every time. We asked if they could call someone to help us and they said no, we don't have a way to do that. Like what?! So we left.

The store always has aisles cluttered with stock and no one putting it on shelves. There are so many people shopping it's hard to get through the aisles, and the bathrooms are always a mess and smell bad, and that's when they are open. Not sure what the cleaning person does in there for 45 minutes!!

The worst Walmart I've been to, service sucks, the majority of the employees walk around with looks on their faces like they don't want to be there,they make you feel like your a hassle when you need help or have a question, Clients walking around in pajamas and slippers. It's funny that the shut down Sam's Club here in CG but they keep this low class Walmart open.

Edited.... This store is worse than before!! I hate this Walmart!
This Walmart is always a disappointment. The store is NEVER stocked. I can always count on half of everything on my list to not be in stock. I don't know if it's poor management or what's going on but it's terrible. I have decided tonight that I will no longer be shopping there and I'll drive a little farther down the street to Fry's.

Terrible customer service, aisles are so narrow you can't move around even without a cart. Parking lot is always packed and full of rude drivers. Walmart employee shoppers are extremely aggressive with the huge carts and park them in the way.

This is a place that is in need of an upgrade! I travel to Chandler and Gilbert often to visit family they are always big nice modern facilities. This Casa Grande store is the most used in the area and it’s run down and shabby not because it’s neglected. Everyone shops here because of the need to save money and you can find many things in one stop.
Walmart we need a real Supercenter or maybe a Costco is the answer.
