So glad I dont bank here full time. Cashed a check from one of their customers and they charged me to cash it! It's not a deal, but the woman waited until she had completely processed the transaction. No wonder Wells Fargo is rated one of the worst banks to have.

Would give a 5star review because the service is always good but what in the world who closes on a Friday at 5pm!!! I've banked for oh 20+ years and they are always open on Fridays till 6pm. Seems like they might be shutting down the branch or something.

They should maybe tell people that the drive thru is closed at every branch in casa grande. It's a big inconvenience and the wait time inside is far too long. Why have one or two tellers when there's a long line of customers? If we're forced to come in, plan on people coming in.

They don't answer the phone when people call them, like today!! They send there call to their customer service in other places and those representatives were fairly nice.It's very frustrating!!

My service was poor. The associate refused to help me with mobile banking. One would think the associates knew about its services. The woman kept interrupting me and wanted to make an appointment for me to see a different person. I work and don't have time for appointments. I just wanted to change an account number in my mobile service which I couldn't do on my phone. The woman kept saying she couldn't get into my daughter's account. I told her that the info is in my account. I had my ID, Bank Card and my password. I've had this account since 1994. I've stayed with this bank because my children also have accounts here. But I need to depend on great service whichever bank branch I visit. Maybe it's time to change banks. My children use other banks but keep their accounts at Wells Fargo since I have an account here.

Great bank and location. Very friendly help and service inside. If your looking for a local bank or nation wide bank this is your bank. Need to ask a few questions. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Waited for a notary 40 minutes. Then the lady comes by saying it will be 5 more minutes the notary person would be out. Waited an additional 20 minutes after the lady told me that. There is no other customers but me in there then someone comes in and he gets the help so I just walk out. Horrible customer service all I needed was to get notarized a paper that's it nothing else.

I was in on 3-7-22 at 9am. I needed to make a withdrawal and the manager said my card was expired which was not and made me get my phone to give them a code. I would think with my ID card would be enough. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years and have never experienced something like this.I felt she was very unprofessional and unfriendly. I will not be back to this branch.

Poor poor customer service, I wasn't even given the option to make an appointment. The guy just yelled across the room that she was booked for the rest of the day.
