They have very very rude drivers. This jack monkey is blocking a one way road and tells me to get out of his way because I came up behind him. Mind you I didn't pull up right behind him he still had room to block the one way road and get his vehicle on the truck. I wouldn't have minded had he not started the conversation with telling me to move "I'm working here"It's a the only way out of this neighborhood and I don't need that kind of attitude just for trying to get down the road. Never use this unprofessional service.

Huge shot out Rich and Cat Tow. We had a car accident outside our dental office this afternoon. Car went through gravel and radiator fluid everywhere. He got here, got car on truck. Then spent the remainder cleaning up site, pushed dirt back into area and placed something to absorb fluid. We have a lot of walkers who take their dogs through. He took the time to make sure it was taken care of and safe. Will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you Cat Tow and Rich ??

Chad was so helpful! We had a run in (literally) with a deer on the way to Biosphere 2 in our rental. We could not get a rideshare there and Chad had space for 4 in his truck. We had 5 . Another visitor to Biosphere 2 was amazingly willing to follow Chad and the truck with my 80+ year old parents and teenage son while the 9 yo was happily in the "huge tow truck" with me. Chad problem solved and dropped us in town so we could get a ride share. But wait, there's more. I left my glasses (which I need to drive.... legally) in the case in the rental on the bed of his truck. I called Chad, and he immediately problem solved a way to get them to me when we get the replacement rental.

I haven't met or even seen these folks, but I used them this weekend and the experience was great. They were recommended by Klipper's, so I called them to tow my Jeep from Omni after breaking down. They responded in minutes and towed the vehicle and billed them directly. Easiest tow I've ever had. Thank you, Catalina.

10/10 recommend this towing company. I have used them multiple times and every time it's just better and better. I was in a car accident and needed my car towed. I called Cat-Tow and Nate showed up in under 30 minutes, did a fantastic job, took pictures of everything and even told me when he dropped the vehicle off at my requested destination. Just under a month ago my car broke and I called them again for a tow to the mechanical. Richard came along and did a fantastic job as well. He even called me when he got to the shop and told me who he gave the car keys to and sent me pictures of where he left the car as well. The prices are amazing too! Way cheaper than other company's in town. I'll only be using Cat-Tow from now on. They rock!!
