“As grocery stores go, this is a really good one. Yes, it is missing a wine bar, but otherwise it has everything you need and a little more. A quick serve Chinese place, a Starbucks, a pizza oven, really good sushi, and a good selection of groceries. They have breakfast plates in the morning, though I think I will do their biscuits and gravy next time. It is a nice grocery store.”

“First time not cooking for 39 guests. Ordered Thanksgiving dinner for four people. The dinner included a rotisserie turkey breasts, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, rolls and cranberry sauce....it was delicious....and we're foodies believe it, or not!! The turkey breast was juicy with great flavor, the cranberry sauce was yummy and the dressing was moist. Will definitely skip the all day cooking for Safeway's pre-order dinner. Thank you Safeway!”

“While doing our weekly grocery shopping, my husband asked me to hurry it along because he needed to sit. He has started having back problems.It occurred to me that it would be nice if there were a place to sit in the store, rest a bit and continue with our shopping instead of rushing through it without getting everything we need.How about a bench or two for the weary placed somewhere in the middle of the store where those in need can regroup (and continue buying)?”

“This particular Fry's store is clean every time I walk in the door. They always have plentiful stock, and they carry a wider variety of brands and more items than other Fry's stores. The employees are very courteous and the store is well-maintained. I wish this was my neighborhood Fry's, but I reside in Oro Valley, and live in very close proximity to the Fry's on Lambert and LaCañada.”

“It is a treat having a convenience store in our development. I assume the owner(s) are working a business plan that works for them and stock the store with what they think will sell. I find it has some of the stuff I may want or need at any visit but not enough to avoid driving to a grocery store down the road. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great. The folks who work there give it their all. What makes no sense to me is the price of gasoline. Now about ninety cents per gallon more than low price competitors down the road. Maybe they don't really want to sell gas except for golf carts and gas powered tools?”

“Only gas station in the active adult community of Saddlebrooke, Arizona.There are other stations down the road on Oracle Road.They also have a quick, convenient store as part of the Shell station.In general, I use the gas station quite a lot. The gas prices generally are higher priced than other stations.I like using good quality gasoline, which Shell is known for.Although, for some reason, on their pumps, no Top Tier sticker.I'm not sure if it is TopTier gasoline?”

“The company is updating all their stores. And it's a good change. They're adding a lot of cooler items and frozen items in the prices are very competitive. I live way outside of town and Dollar general is the first store that I come to when I go to town. It's the closest thing to me so the change for me is very beneficial. And I think it'll be beneficial for everybody. They're adding a lot of value to the store.”

“Taking the time to review a grocery store cause Yelp isn't just about food/restaurant reviews. A little pricey but you'll always find amazing service, especially in the deli which has a pizza oven. They were making pizza when I was buying Boars Head meat/cheese. They were excited about making a pizza, and I ALMOST ordered one just because! They have items you'd never expect to find or find anywhere else! I can shop anywhere, but this visit will make me come more often. They do have self checkout, but an actual cashier (multiple) always around! Quiet, clean, helpful staff. YES..YES..AND YES. The cherry on top...BADIA SEASONINGS!!”

“This is a big store with extra aisles of clothes and housewares. It's clean. My only issue is that they placed the pharmacy at the far end of the store which isn't very convenient. It has a large variety of goods but wear your walking shoes when to come.”

When I went back inside I asked an employee-looked like a meat dept guy, if there was a lost and found. He pointed me in the right direction and I was reunited w my key!!
