“We shop and accumulate points to reduce the gas price. Simple. Usually an open pump when we approach. Using points easy and all goes well. There's some drinks and other gedunk available with cashier. Have at times made use of that.”

“This place is the best. Hospitable restroom with good tile and full mirror. A walk-in beer cave at the back is a great place to cool down and they have a lot of deeper cut beers as well as everything you’d expect. You can get fruit and other produce here as well as an energy drink. It’s a great place to stop and do short shopping list while you’re out as well as take care of any cravings you may have during the day. They have many options for both standard as well as Mexican food and desserts. They have a meat section and a jerky section and all the alcohol you could possibly manage. Pretty great place you should go.”

“I shop at Fry's every other day and I would like for you to acknowledge Chrystal in the meat department. She makes me feel so appreciated. Every time I walk by her, she yells over the counter Hi April and I can't tell you how good it feels to be seen and appreciated. She always has a huge smile and always goes out of her way to be kind and make me feel seen. Just know how much I really appreciate her and you are very lucky to have her represent your grocery store. I also appreciate Derek. He has also gone out of his way to order more Turkey Burgers for me when I'm on a very strict protocol diet and he makes sure I've always got what I need. Fry's I hope you acknowledge both of these great employees and let's give them a raise!”

“I have been using this pharmacy for over 6 years. It is decent, most staff are courteous and competent; however, I have come across an occasional floater tech or Cashier that is there to ring up meds that have been rude. With regard to refilling an Rx - if you switch Dr's, and call in for a refill authorization with a prior Dr office the Dr will NOT approve it. I've accidentally done this with mine. The pharmacy does NOT know who your providers are. It is your due diligence as a patient to notify them of a change. If you need to know if your Rx insurance is accepted at a pharmacy - you can call the number on the back of your card FASTER than it takes to ask someone to run your insurance. With regard to someone saying they are a 'provider' and tried to bring back an incorrectly filled med (which is reportable to the Board) and they wouldn't take it back - you should know better that they are not allowed to take it back if you are indeed a prescribed. With regard to improperly filled meds, I have had it happen once and they have filled it with the correct one at a different location and instructed me how to dispose of the incorrect med.
All pharmacies are understaffed and over worked. The grass isn't always greener. Find the best/courteous team and be an advocate for yourself at the pharmacy and at dr's offices.”
