Jay refused my business because I received a quote from another office. I intitially contacted the wrong office and planned to go with them anyway but decided I didn't want to do business with them in the end.I contacted Jay's office explained the entire situation to Ivy and she said, No problem send me the info via email. I emailed and was denied service because I already got a quote. It's your business so you can handle it as you see fit but just so you know it was extremely unprofessional how you handle this situation. Their office is over 15 miles from my house and yours is like 3 miles. I prefer to do business closer to home rather than father away AND it's my money so I can spend it were I decide. You and the other agent lost State Farm several lines of business. I will be contacting corporate regarding both of your offices. I am sure it's not the first time someone called the wrong office and changed were they do business after getting started.

Jay and his assistant's are amazing! I left one voice message and within a half hour I got a call back from Jay himself. Now that is some small town charm with a big time company behind him. Also, I got a phone call from his daughter to wish me a happy birthday, Who Does That?! Thank you Jay!! Be Well

Quality on time service and assistance. Simply does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. In this day and age, that service is hard to find
