It is usually empty, allowing for a super quick in and out without waiting in a line, even during busy Christmas times. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. They offer most services here. The business is closed from 11-12 for lunch. Collection times are 12:30 pm for outside boxes and 4:00 pm for inside mail.

Nice guy working the desk but the PO Box hours are tough for anyone who works normal business hours unless you can come in between 6-8am. 😢
