I was really happy with the service here. Everyone is very friendly and ready take their time to listen to you and your concerns. They also follow up with you to ensure all your needs where met and to check on your pet to see how they are doing. Great response time through texting as well.

I am moving to Europe and needed the health certificate for my dog. The front office ( I can’t think of her name right now)was extremely welcoming when I called to make the appointment and when I got to my appointment. Getting the paperwork in a timely fashion is crucial and nerve-wracking and Dr Forrest was wonderful and extremely patient and reassuring.True caring and customer service is hard to find nowadays - Animal Health Services certainly has figured it out - top notch facility.

Brought my 6 month old Cane Corso to Animal Health Services for an injury to her hind leg. She was unable to put weight on it and was limping around.Dr Erb and Dana, the vet tech, were amazing with her. Their calm demeanor and approach made the experience so easy. They were conservative in their approach and very considerate to my input and concerns for my pup!I highly recommend and will continue to utilize their services!

I would highly recommend this office to anyone! It had been a couple of years since I brought my pets here. The office got me an appointment same day. Our great dane was treated by Dr. Erb. He had great communication and bedside manner. We were able to schedule a surgery within 2 days of our initial appointment, and their prices were extremely reasonable (actually about 3 times less than a vet quoted us in Anthem). Dr. Erb called me directly before and after surgery to explain how everything was going. I feel like the staff here really cares about the pets and their owners!

Worst place ever!!!!! They had a female vet there who put down my dog by putting a gas mask on him and going in thru his spine, like a spinal tap. I couldn't hold my beloved dog and he was in complete fear. I've NEVER GOTTEN OVER THEM PUTTING HIM DOWN IN THAT BARBARIC WAY WITHOUT ME HOLDING HIM. I hate this place! He was staring at me in fear from several feet away. I didn't know that wasn't normal but I know now that no vet does that! She took away my chance to reassure him and hold him as he died as she painfully stabbed him in the back I hate this barbaric place!!!

poorly managed office; no communication amongst staff; no continuity of care; this used to be great place before ownership changes now its like jiffy lube. rushed and trying to find things wrong to charge for—very impersonal and does not leave me at all with any confidence. will look for another vet. Dr. Forrest is fantastic and should go out on her own and many would follow her.

Always top notch service at this practice. Great doctors as well as office staff. They have fair prices and treat the animals great. I have tried other practices but none in the area compare.

Used to be a great hospital. Now it’s hardly ever the same staff when I go in. Dr Forrest seems stressed and overworked. Kimberly was our favorite technician until we heard she left. It’s worrisome when you can’t keep your good support staff.

So i took my lil dog here && the Dr didnt even know what was wrong with her till i showed her a picture & she then said she has a hernia && tried to pawn off the surgery to a specialist twice which puzzled and worried me.. its like she didnt want to do it and she was real short with the visit.. i understand shes the only vet there right now & probably tired but that's ur job . So then she asked for blood work before surgery… ok well that came back with high globulins and she asked for more blood tests.. ok another $250 later . That came back fine but she said she couldn't do surgery & we need to test for CANCER which is another $500, and then said SPECIALIST AGAIN :/ SO I DECIDED TO CUT MY LOSES &THATS WHEN I HAD A GUT FEELING SHE WAS LYING & pushing me off for months… SO I WENT TO ANOTHER VET AND GOT A 2nd opinion && GUESS WHAT… bloods fine & they can do surgery so my gut knew she wasnt right && why would u lie about a 3 yr dog??? Money,, or u dont want to work??? Whatever,, was my last trip EVER THERE!! To expensive & she pawns u off.. was only a minor hernia & spay.. BE CAREFUL HERE‼️‼️

Yesterday I had to put my beautiful baby Bailey to sleep. We called the vet we have been taking her to for the past 8 years (she was only 8). They said their next appointment was in a week or we could come in and wait for who knows how long for something to open up. We couldn't do that to ourselves or our dog. They had no compassion or sympathy for us whatsoever. So, my husband called Animal Health Services of Cave Creek. They said they could fit us in right away. They had never seen us before, yet they were so caring and compassionate as I cried my eyes out. It was not easy making the decision to end our dog's life... Dr. Smith assured us we were not bad parents, and we were doing the right thing. I want to say thank you to Dr. Smith and Tamie at Animal Health Services of Cave Creek for treating us with such kindness and compassion. I will never again go back to our old vet.

My dog Dahlia is my pride and joy. In October of 2020 we almost lost her to IMT. The care here was excellent and they're incredible responsive and communicative. I've stayed here ever since. Her original vet that was here has since left but their remaining vets are good too.
