This is the text I received from the owner of the gym this am. I went in to cancel my membership yesterday and wrote out why. I also spoke with Natalie, the so called owner who responds to these posting. They didn't like what I had to say, nor do they have any idea how old I am!? Or maybe that was another insult from him? There are several inaccuracies in this text, to say the least. Just happy to report several have canceled our memberships. We are all moving on together to a better more cost effective gym. Where we don't have to be bullied, recorded, called cheap, and called out by the owner via text and phone calls. It was a good 10yr run. I appreciate your long history with the previous owner and your dedication to fitness. I truly hope you continue your journey as it's impressive at 70 plus to be in that shape. I feel and acknowledge your feelings and I do believe what you're looking for...is not a fit for where we are going for the future of our gym. I believe you will be a better fit for a group fitness gym like f45 down the road and I believe you should go try the out. Or something in that direction for your fitness goals and budget. We are not bad people nor is our direction intended to hurt anyone. We even grandfathered in 90 percent of classes while others with start new direction with no fee. I am commenting back to you as I do not believe it is a good thing thing to be that direct today to one of my team members when the decisions are mine and three consultants, not Nat or Shelly. As of now. I want to part ways and don't need 30 days. Shelley please cancel her membership as of now. We are at 854 and max out private at 1000. She is not the client I want in our soon to be private 24 hr gym. Ms Linda, good luck with yourself and wish you best of luck. It's not wrong not to be a fit for a business. It is wrong to be a judgemental individual and rude to people due you being pissed. You can slander me all day but you won't insult and be rude to shelly or Nat which have the gyms best intentions. Even if it doesn't fit from what I gather your budget. Good luck and god bless. Please never enter the property again as it's a private gym for private customers who want something different. Not a bad thing and no judgement but different from what you're looking for. Don't ever slander or disrespect my team due to you being pissed by some changes. Not cool. Christian like or decent. Best of luck

It might be nice and clean but who really wants to pay $150 month plus plus? If they really want business then they should come down to reality and make it more affordable. I'd pay $75 no more. Anyway... I'll stick with the YMCA which is $41 month. I don't need fancy when I'm working out and sweating, I just like a nice environment and one that's clean. YMCA!!!

To start they charge an addition $150 fee just for joining on top of the $150 membership fee and apparently there is even a $99 exit fee when you leave the gym. Still was considering it and they said I could get a 3 day trail to try it out. Tried it out immediately and when I was walking out the door they told me that the manager said I can't use the 3 day trial. Rather then try to sell me on something or offer a starter deal, they stopped me on my way out just to tell me the manager said I couldn't even use the full 3 day trial. Facility is nice but management is trash. As a disabled American with a brain injury who can't always make a decision immediately, they didn't even try to convince me or even use the full 3 day trial. Absolutely pathetic. Hire actual sales professionals to sell me on it, don't just shove someone out the door.

Students wanted to join this gym, given a tour & flyer with pricing: staff crossed out student pricing. Staff told students that they dont offer the student pricing because of 'previous problems'. this gym just doesnt want students to be members here. their price is $109 a month plus joining fees (another $150), typical student pricing is around $50 (no fees), as low as $22 at the Y. Students did state gym was clean and nicely laid out. unfortunate they don't want student athletes as members.

We moved to Cave Creek and loved this gym at first ( 2018). Changed hands and it went downhill. Hired incompetent personal trainers and the atmosphere was very much that of a "clique." Management is a joke and support inappropriate behavior of their trainers. Save your money and go to Anytime Fitness! Super nice management and 24 hour!

After reading the reviews I still thought this gym would be a good fit for me. I was looking for something close to home, not too crowded with lots of free weights. I stopped in to check it out before signing up. They said they were not able to show me around until I gave them all of my info for " liability reasons". I find lack of price transparency, the 2 month cancellation policy and the "liability" risk to show me around was just too much for me. I was all ready to join. I'm so sick of these shady gym practices.

Ton of equipment, they keep it clean, staff is friendly. Just failed to tell me on my month to month membership at their location is like an apartment complex. You have to let them know 2 months advance that you're canceling. (I'm sure some would think, read the contract, and that particular part of the contract for now on should be stated to incoming clients upfront rather than find out at the end) Why would someone pick month to month if they have to be under contract two additional months. The people that come in for business for a few months, the family members visiting for a few months. Maybe, if I had a year contract for their lease. Letting them know may be appropriate. They do close early when they want, without sending emails. $267 for 3 people. Again, Ton of equipment ( but the equipment crowd's each other, you hit your back on the hack squat taking the weights off the leg press. It's crowded like that all around. ) they keep it clean, staff is friendly.

I can't tell you how good the Club Cave Creek is because there was insufficient information on their website to entice me to contact them. Namely, no pricing. This is a trend in my local gyms. I assume they are hiding the pricing until they can get you in the door. No harm, no foul.

CREPES!!!! Not just just amazingly delicious GLUTEN FREE CREPES!! These guys popped up on my instagram so I took the kids over to try them out. Both of the kiddos got a berry and Nutella crepe. I ordered the chicken crepe. We all opted for the Gluten Free. (My daughter and I have a pretty strong wheat allergy) They were DELICIOUS! We will be back.

Top of the line Gym! This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever worked out at. I’ve had a membership for about 3 months and I don’t plan on canceling it anytime soon. The staff is very friendly and the gym contains great equipment.

I was looking for a new gym and my buddy recommended Club Cave Creek to me. At first I was hesitant because it was a bit of a drive but i'm so glad I checked it out. By far the nicest gym i've been to and the staff and equipment are superb! Definitely would recommend.

My experiences at this facility have been nothing but perfect. The staff makes me feel very welcomed and only gives encouragement. The equipment is top notch and I wouldn’t ever change gyms!

Best gym in all of Arizona and it’s not a debate. Been to dozens of gyms around the US and this one stands out the most. Great people and great equipment couldn’t ask for a better gym.
