The woman working at the pharmacy had a face full of metal rod piercings - the ones coming out the side of her cheeks appeared to be infected. I expect the personnel in the pharmacy to have the professionalism and hygienic qualities one would expect from a facility providing health care. I’m so disappointed that CVS would employ someone such as this in their store let alone the pharmacy. This isn’t a tattoo parlor, it’s my pharmacy! Please make better choices in your hiring practices. Until then, I’ll be using a different CVS location.

Normally wouldn’t review a cvs but the people at this one were exceptional. I went to the minute clinic and both the nurse and doctor, i wish I remembered their names, were so helpful, caring, and patient. I checked out and got some cold meds and other things and my extra bucks weren’t working and same goes for Winston who checked me out, beyond patient and helpful. Great people here

Absolutely horrible you can’t get anybody in any department in this CVS to answer the phone. What a joke I won’t be going back.

Pharmacy- worst customer service ever.
I'm shocked at how poorly I & my husband were treated by the head pharmacist. Besides the fact he has yelled personal information across the store. My husband requires serious anti rejecting medication. But this man refused to look up our insurance and just assumed and wanted to charge us $3000 for medication that should historically be $30. This is unprofessional, rude and heartless. No apologies. No comment. Nothing.
Thank God we had the wherewithal to contact our insurance and doctor personally for CVS to correct their mistake. We will be changing pharmacies.. too much staff turnaround. No one knows what they are doing.

I think considering it’s smaller than other locations, the employees are very nice and keep the store clean

Nina was an amazing help! We were searching desperately for formula and had to deal with a lot of stores who weren’t willing to look for us for our specific formula. Nina went above and beyond looking at inventory, locating some, and just being so friendly and professional! Cannot express enough gratitude as a desperate momma in need of kindness and help!

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I asked a question and the guy responded in a very condescending tone. Almost yelling at me. Not the only rude pharmacist I’ve encountered there. Just finally decided to leave a review. It has happened too many times. Get rid of those disrespectful people!

I've been using the CVS on Tatum and Dynamite pharmacy for 7 years with no problems. My prescription went from $20 a month to $120 a month. I assumed it was a change in my insurance policy. (That I don't read) That was not the case. They charged me for the higher priced generic. There are multiple genetics that are at a substantial lower cost. I am now paying 18 dollars a month at Safway on Cacecreek rd and Tatum. I paid $800 hundred more this year for my prescription because of there ignorance.

It is impossible to get through their phone tree to actually speak to someone in the pharmacy. They never have the medication prescribed by my physician. For some reason they don’t order enough when it’s available to keep any in stock. If you know a medication has frequent shortages due to manufacturer backorder. Why would you not order extra when you have the chance?

There are a lot of issues here with customer service, timeliness, inaccurate information (getting a text a prescription is ready when it's not), and ineptitude. My biggest issue was picking up a prescription and having a question about it, only for the pharmacist to yell from behind the counter the name of my prescription while everyone in the pharmacy area could hear him. The young person waiting on me looked at me clearly embarrassed and apologized. Clearly HIPPA violation but CVS didn't care either.

I get the need for an appointment and had set one. Unfortunately, the only available times were during work shifts so I opted to take an earlier time if someone should cancel. I've been sick for a week with an apparent sinus infection and it's only getting worse. I do not have insurance or a primary care physician so this is my cheapest option. I was sitting in the waiting area since I was already there and figured I'd save on gas. Saw an elderly gentleman cancel his appointment and he tried to suggest his slot for me. The woman smiled at him and said, "We're still booked for the morning. She won't be seen until after 3pm" I tried to tell her my shift starts at 2pm and ends at 5pm.....her response was less than professional. "That's not my problem" and walked back into an empty room and put the patient visit in progress sign on the door. There was no patient in there...
