I get the need for an appointment and had set one. Unfortunately, the only available times were during work shifts so I opted to take an earlier time if someone should cancel. I've been sick for a week with an apparent sinus infection and it's only getting worse. I do not have insurance or a primary care physician so this is my cheapest option. I was sitting in the waiting area since I was already there and figured I'd save on gas. Saw an elderly gentleman cancel his appointment and he tried to suggest his slot for me. The woman smiled at him and said, "We're still booked for the morning. She won't be seen until after 3pm" I tried to tell her my shift starts at 2pm and ends at 5pm.....her response was less than professional. "That's not my problem" and walked back into an empty room and put the patient visit in progress sign on the door. There was no patient in there...

This is the best pharmacy in the area. They're always fully staffed and have my prescriptions ready. I drive out of my way to come to this particular location because they're on the ball! Great pharmacist too!

I miss my old cvs off carefree I got transferred to this one. And it sucks. Always a line for pharmacy inside and out. Workers are rude and don't give correct info. I've been now fighting them for 3 months on my prescription. Never in stock and when they "order it" I get different arrival dates until I go in and yell at people. Transferring pharmacy's for sure.

Don’t go to minute clinic as they said they accepted my insurance which is clearly a lie as I am being billed for the service I received as out of network. Per insurance check on minute clinic portal my insurance is accepted. Don’t call their customer service line they are completely incompetent and unwilling to fix the errors. Provider I saw was McCabe. Now I’m getting screwed with having to pay out of pocket.

Horrible customer service that takes forever, I would recommend not going to the CVS for anything... zero stars, if I could...

THE RUDEST possible staff. This afternoon I went through drive through to pick up medication and was rudely informed to drive to another CVS to pick up. When I mentioned I had been inside 15 min prior and spoke to pharmacist the same heartless bitch I've dealt with before made it clear none of my questions she had answers for much less cared to assist. Months ago I had an even worse experience with this same bitch who could not have been less accommodating or heartless when I tried to get answers regarding how to get my medications if they couldn't. She must be screwing someone in charge to still have a job here. Today was the the nail in coffin (wish it were hers) and I will be switching pharmacies. I don't care how far I have to drive: no one seeking medical help, medications, or healthcare should be treated to or spoken to like that every single time they come. The pharmacist Don was helpful but cannot make up for the cruel and hateful bitch they continue to employ. She gets off on treating everyone like absolute shit. She is a sad, pathetic human who should take her power struggle and work as a mall cop, not that anyone would think she has the skills to even do that. No wonder she pulls blinds down in drive through to hide behind. No shade will ever help that hideous face and horrible personality. What a disgrace for our local pharmacy.

We jointly booked two appointments online for vaccines. We both received confirmation via text and email on the made appointments. On the day of the appointments, we both received text messages to sign in once we were at the store. We arrived about 10 minutes early and checked in online as well as at the desk. Staff were professional and helpful. We were told where to wait and that we would be called at our appointed time. When the time arrived we were both called into a private office. Staff were very clear about what they were going to do and asked which arm. The vaccines were given promptly and efficiently. The CVS was clean and orderly. We also noted a Minute Clinic next to the pharmacy. The clinic was there for non emergency issues which was good to know. Shared parking lot.

If I could give zero stars I would. The minute clinic was very rude to my daughter. Barely let her explain her situation before they talked down to her, rolled eyes when she started to explain why she was there. Then before she could get more than a few words out, they said they couldn't see her that she needed imaging. Anyway, save your time and energy by going to a place where you will feel respected and heard. They must have a new practitioner. This place used to be great and good bedside manner. Not now. Can't blame it on covid now either. We are past that.

The nurse practitioner here is extremely disrespectful and not knowledgeable at all. She blatantly talked down to me like I was a child, even though I'm 20. I came here for a physical and after explaining why I needed one they proceeded to tell me they couldn't do it after I called and double checked that they could do it. Do not waste your time here. Just go to Walgreens where they have ACTUAL doctors.

After checking the hours of the pharmacy on the CVS prescription app and seeing that the pharmacy hours were 10-6 today, I arrived to find the screens rolled down. I could hear laughing from behind the desk, and stood there to listen to various techs, including Kat, sharing stories of treating customers rudely, and finding it hilarious. Eventually they noticed me standing there, and told me they were closed for lunch. When I explained that there was no mention of this on the app, that I was just picking up a pain med for my knee surgery recovery, and that I was Covid positive and not wanting to linger in public, they told me I'd have to wait. One suggested that I use the drive thru, and when I asked if that was open, she said "after lunch" to their mutual amusement. Finally, the pharmacist, Tiana Washington came up aggressively and said the system wouldn't even work until after lunch, and it was out of their hands, a classic lie to make someone go away. Several times throughout their lunch, a heavyset tech in blue scrubs came out of a security door clearly marked "Please Keep Closed," but propped it open for her return. Bottom line is, I wouldn't trust this pharmacy to tell me what time it is, let alone handle my medications. They don't take things seriously, lack any form of compassion or customer service, and act like little school girls when they don't think anyone is watching. I'm done with them.

The nurse practitioner at the minute clinic is rude and unprofessional. while discussing family medical history she blatantly shook her head no as if I was lying and clearly disagreed with the facts as I spoke. very rude, so much so my you g daughter even mentioned it when we left. You would think that a medicalprofessional would be that- professional but I guess that's asking too much.

This CVS has always had issues but the last couple of days has pretty much done it for me. Young employees don’t know much and the older employees are extremely rude.Yesterday I tried to pick up my wife’s Rx but it wasn’t ready even after she had received the text it was. So I came back to pick it up and they were closed for lunch at 1:00 pm even though it was 4 minutes til 1:00 pm. So I came back later giving myself more time. Got there at 5:50 pm and they were all closed up. Supposed to be open until 6:00. So now I’m going back this am but calling first. Guess what…..nobody answers. Hahaha. I’m done with this pitiful company.

Don the pharmacist is a load that should have been swallowed. This dude is one grumpy piece of trash. He must have a horrible home life because he's ALWAYS in a bad mood. Feel bad for his coworkers as he seems like a bush league putz. He himself screwed up my prescription he obviously entered a wrong billing code. Had the opportunity to speak with several pharmacy employees and they say he unbearable to be around. I called corporate and they said this is not the first complaint about him. Hey Don if you're reading this also get a new barber your hair looks horrible. Looks like you got a dead coyote on ur head. L*****

Picked up my son’s prescription. Pharmacist acted like we were a bother. Got in the truck and checked the bottle. They forgot to mix it. That’s your freaking job!
