Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club, opened in 1998, has received high praise as one of Arizona’s best public golf courses. Located just north of Phoenix within an 850-acre master-planned community, the course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. to blend naturally with the desert landscape, respecting the area's topography. The layout offers a good balance of challenging and forgiving holes, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced players. The course is well maintained, with greens in great shape even during the summer months. The back nine features some interesting and slightly tricky holes, including blind shots that add to the challenge. Visitors often comment on the friendly and welcoming staff, with attentive service from cart girls and amenities like mango towels appreciated by players. The course’s conditions are considered better than some other local courses, and its reasonable greens fees make it a worthwhile destination. Overall, Dove Valley Ranch provides scenic beauty, good playability, and a relaxed atmosphere, making it a popular choice for golfers looking for a quality round in the Phoenix area.
Good course. Excellent staff and just a cool place to play. Starter, Mike, is the bomb as is the welcome staff. Those dudes appreciate the golfers and robot of their way to make the outing as memorable as possible.

What a great course! Staff was very friendly, fairways and greens were in outstanding condition for this time of year. Worth the drive from Gilbert.

Great shape for August in phx. Greens were punched a couple weeks ago I’d guess but they rolled fine. Back 9 was tricky, requiring precise tee shots. Overall, I really enjoyed it.
