So to start with, I get on average 2 massages per month for 20 years so am very experienced. I decided to try this yesterday after a long weekend of hiking. I got in same day for 7pm. was called to ask if I could come in at 6 since they had a cancellation and I was happy to help. I got in my room at 6:05 for a 90 min full body "hard" massage. I explained some troubled areas (calves, forearms). I also explained I had some scar tissue on my shoulder from a surgery a year ago.During this full body 90 min, my hands, feet, hamstrings, arms (no part of) head, neck were ever touched. Just my shoulders, back and calves. My forearms (which I explained were tight were never touched). On top of it all, when I looked up after she left it was 7:25....10 min short of 90 min. The front desk tried explaining how they allow time for set up/etc...this is bulls*&^ as I have had 100's of 90 min massages that actually last 90 min.Basically I was cut short 10% and over half my body wasn't even massaged. On top of it my shoulder is more sore than it has ever been. I was nice and came in an hour early to help them and they couldn't even make it 90 min. The person just wanted to be done. Have never had a massage like this before. Don't tell me 80 min is normal or focusing on 3 body areas for 90 min is either when I never asked. Disappointed and would look for other places.

I went in for a 90 minute massage and decided while checking in to get the reflexology treatment. I am very glad I did. My therapist, April, was very attentive to my requests and did a wonderful job!

Do not buy gift cards from elements massage. They’ll take it and then they’ll ask you to pay anyway.Absolutely poor experience! I have a gift card I received from my friends over Christmas. I called in January to book my massage and the scheduler asked for the gift card code to add to my profile which I provided.I came in for my scheduled massage and the therapist was great.I come out to provide my gift card and the front desk person asked for my number, my friend’s number and then said the gift card was either used or not actually purchased which is ridiculous.After 20 minutes of her typing and looking she asked me to pay. What a very very poor experience for what was supposed to be relaxing.Whoever took my gift card code at scheduling could have even used it. I asked for her to have her manager call me and she said she would when her manager was in next. Because of this experience she should have advised to call her manager now to figure it out.Awful customer service. Awful documenting practice for this to even happen.

Reluctantly, I went in for my first massage after a friend booked it for me, due to my excessive back complaining.I was seen by a therapist named Melanie.Needless to say, I will now be getting routine massages with her. She is a godsend! Give that woman a raise.Thank you elements

This is the worst elements massage. The first issue was i booked a 90 massage with Natalie and then the next day they told me the system double booked and I wouldn't be able to have the full time so I rebooked for today and the therapist Natalie didn't show up for the 12:00 massage and when they called her she claimed that she thought it was at a later time. The only way they tried to make it up to me is to rebook it for another day and add on free hot stones which I don't even like. For messing up like this multiple times and me wasting my time driving to the studio and waiting 20 mins to be told that she's not coming, that is really a pathetic way to address the issue. This location is really the bottom of the barrel in terms of reliability and customer service.

Everything was great, from beginning to end. The ladies at the front desk made it a pleasant phone and in person experience. Shout out to Mitch! His knowledge and expertise in his field with the skill to prove it was hands down exactly what I needed. I’ll be back on a monthly basis for Mitch! Highly recommend him for anyone with an injury, or severe muscle pain.
