Lack of communication, took my car 4 months to get repaired and although I understand a lack of parts was a factor, they didn't reach out to me update me on the cars status. My car was ready and didnt even call me to let me know.

Always the best for auto body repair. Took a bit longer this time but understandable. Always very responsive and great communication. We take our luxury cars here and been 100% happy each time.

Matthew was awesome and trustworthy! Had a quote to get paint repair from Caliber Collision for $1300. Matthew took a look and within 5 mins had buffed it out, looks like new, and didn’t charge me a penny. Highly recommend this shop and great to keep biz local in Cave Creek!
