“I had a wonderful experience at Wilhelm! I called to inquire about an oil change and utilized their automated service to get a quote. I have to say - I was very impressed by how efficient the system was! I had a few questions, so I requested to speak to someone, and was immediately routed to Eric. He was extremely friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. I wasn't ready to book, so I let him know I'd call back - and I ended up using the automated service to book as it was so easy and convenient. When I brought my car in, I was greeted by Eric and he let me know how long it would take. Everything was completed on time and done well. And top of that, the price was great! I would absolutely recommend Wilhelm to anyone looking for service.”
“This place has a TERRIBLE reputation! Unfortunately for the new owners, who just took over in January , it’s because the previous owners were idiots. The new guys have brought in new mechanics and are actually experienced mechanics themselves as opposed to the previous owners who didn’t know or care about bikes. They did the work on my KTM 1190 for a LOT less than GO AZ would have charged and did it right. I will take all my bikes there from now on!”

“I went to multiple car service places and got a ridiculous quote for a service and parts, plus they were charging me over $700 for something I didn’t need. As someone who takes the car for maintenance every year I knew something was off. Chat Gpt asked me to contact this shop and they gave me a reasonable quote plus added coupons for savings without pushing for services k didn’t need. They got q customer for life!

“I called Elwood to help fix my passenger side door after it wouldn’t close following a run in with a post. They were super nice and were able to get me in that day to take a look. When I arrived, they were nice enough to take a look at it immediately and were put very quickly able to sort out the problem and repair the door. What started as a really stressful morning ended with peace of mind and a problem solved efficiently and professionally. “at this cobblestone they offer full service oil and air conditioning. I went ahead and got my full oil a engine flush the whole works and was originally worried after I left because my warning lights hadn't turned off. I was really annoyed and left send me rude voicemail but after going back I am exceedingly happy. Jay, the service technician who greeted me educated me on my warning lights and told me why experience them and it was due to a very minor issue. he also did his due diligence while I was there with him so that he could check the logs to make sure that everything I came back to him for was checked over properly. my annoyance quickly went away due to how fast they're able to not only get me in but give me knowledge and assist me in turning my warning sensors off. it reminds me why I really do like cobblestone and my membership.”
