No one was at the desk- had to wait with 3 other people for 10 minutes. Then the “printer was down” so they couldn’t process a return.
Just absolutely abysmal customer service

Claimed they were open 8AM to 10PM every day, which was bogus; it's inside the store so it follows store hours. Wasted a Sunday morning trip since the doors were locked at 8:15.

These people that deliver the packages dont read the address...always getting other people's packages...they need too learn too read the addresses

I actually did not go there, I've just walked past there. You must have picked up the signal when I went past. I have used it in the past and it's very convenient for me and it's very clean and they do the best they can. It's a very small place but they are efficient and they do a lot of business.

Don't use this location for your FedEx packages unless you want your packages delayed. I dropped off two packages 4pm Friday. Seeing no movements until next Monday, I thought it's fine just not updated yet, so I dropped another off at 2pm on Monday. Tuesday morning, still no movement, so I went over to check, they are all still sitting there. Manager said FedEx comes to their location 3 times a day! So how come my packages just sat there? At least they should get out on Monday which is a business day for sure! So by noon Tuesday they are still sitting there, super late already, I had to send someone to pick them all up and drive to desert ridge the real fedex location. What a waste of time and energy!
