This has been a constant thing with Fry's Pharmacy, 4814 E. Carefree Highway Cave Creek AZ. Even when there are multiple people working there they take their sweet time coming over to help you. Yesterday was the last straw for me. There was a man picking up his prescription in front of me. It took several minutes for the blonde pharmacist to deign to come over and help him. When he left I was standing there waiting to pick up mine. She turned without a word and simply WALKED AWAY!!!! My jaw dropped and I threw up my hands. The other young man saw me and hurried over to ring me up. How dare any "professional" treat a customer like that? Disgusting.

This is truly one of the worst rum and unprofessional pharmacies I’ve dealt with. Phone wait time without even a hello straight to hold for 15 minutes plus, rude staff. Uncaring, not knowledgeable, including pharmacists not just staff! Really shocked how they continue to operate. Just wow. Dealt with this for over a year. Can’t take it anymore will be switching. I do not recommend you waste your time or energy. Never have prescription ready is on time pharmacy a joke to work with do yourself a favor. Save yourself a lot of stress go somewhere else. Ugh ?

Every single time I come here, there is one pharmacy tech who is INCREDIBLY rude. She is belittling and has a horrible attitude no matter the situation. Yesterday I was told by a separate technician that my Rx would be ready in an hour. I went to pick them up today and this pink-haired tech scoffed at me and asked why I was trying to pick up a script that hasn't been filled. I explained to her that I was told that they would be ready yesterday and she said "Yeah? Who said that, because it wasn't me." And then she told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. You'd think if they made a mistake, they'd work to rectify it and just fill the prescription right then. It's 60 pills, I know for a fact that it takes 5 minutes at most to fill. I dispense animal medications every day and wouldn't dream of being that condescending to a client. She needs to not be in a people facing role, especially one that deals with sensitive situations like pharmaceuticals.I was trying to pick up my anti-depressants while on my lunch break and she treated me extremely poorly. I don't know how she still has a job because this wasn't my first negative experience with her.I'm sure the other pharmacists and technicians are fine, but I'm definitely never going back in fear of dealing with her again

Usually find what I need. The. Deli can get busy. Wish they had a number system but everyone is good about taking turns. Some Fry's have order machines but not this one. Today service was quick. Friendly staff who are helpful.

Fine store. 11 people not wearing masks seen in a 30 minute period time. Employees were all wearing them, even if not all correctly. Decent stock considering this time. Disappointed.

Showed up for my appointment. 15min early. Frys tells me I'll have to wait 45min to be seen. What's the point of an appointment if you won't abide by it. I cancelled and won't ever be back.

This store has rouge employees who refuse to require shoppers to wear masks. I was told by Crystal the Manager that it's her legal right not to wear a mask and she doesn't have to ask her customers to comply. Unacceptable and I have reported to Kroger Corporate and I will be reporting this business to the state agency Monday morning. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional and a health risk for residents in our area.

I have a problem with Fry's Grocery Stores (Kroger). Not sure if this is one store, a region, state or nationally. The Fry's in my are, most of the courtesy clerks (the ones getting the arts, take cars to your car, sanitizing the carts) are not wearing masks. Even though the door clearly say "fir your protection our shot must wear masks. As wells require our customers to do as well". These young guys, are not wearing their masks. I have reported this several times. Their response is "when it is hot we are not required to wear them". I have spoken to management, without success. Sounds like a scheduling problem. Give them 15 minutes outside, and 15 inside, etc.. These are the kids who are handling your carts and groceries................. If I had a choice of other stores in my area, I would switch. This is the Frys in Cave Creek, at 48th Street and CareFree Highway.

The absolutely best pharmacy around. They actually care about you and your health. Burt is so compassionate and helpful. He seems to know all his "regulars" by name. I drive about 30 minutes to this pharmacy when others are closer because of the excellent service.

Was very concerned and disappointed when I visited the Fry's store on the Carefree Hiway yesterday. I donned my mask and entered the store only to discover several customers WITHOUT masks, even tho the Maricopa Board of Supervisors, and city councils throughtout the state had mandated that persons in enclosed spaces ( your own home and auto are exempt) MUST wear masks. When I inquired of the current store management, she advised that those without masks were either "not sick" or had "religious objections". And how is it that these grocery store employees are qualified to determined if someone has the virus...are they doctors, or nurses, or any other kind of healthcare worker? NO, they are not. And are they religious experts as well??? And finally, how are they determining that these maskless persons qualify for an exemption? There was no-one at the front door questioning the maskless ones...so BS. I have shopped at this Frys since their opening decades ago (I am a 21 year resident of Cave Creek), but yesterday was my LAST trip. I will take my grocery shopping elsewhere.

This Fry's is not enforcing the Maricopa County mandate on masks. Watched 2 separate customers walking around without masks sneezing and coughing going throughout the store. Won't be going back here for quite sometime. Will be contacting Maricopa County Health Dept.

Really unbelievable to have watched an employee behind the deli counter using a meat slicer...without a mask. Then watched while someone behind the sushi counter was peeling a cucumber...again, without a mask. Reckless.

I purchased three different meat items. Bone in skin on chicken thighs, 2lbs Kroger brand 80/20 ground beef, and a pork butt. All items went straight home today the fridge. All items were sealed correctly. All items were within their use by dates. Three nights in a row I went to make dinner. Three times I opened the packaging and was hit by the most disgusting putrid rancid rotten meat smell. Someone either isn't storing right or isn't putting food away in time. I'd hate to think y'all are being lazy and putting lives at risk.... blah. Couldn't believe it!!!
