They are too bogged down in bureaucratic BS to get anything done. I tried to open a simple checking account. I spent over two weeks trying to fulfill all of there requests for documents, background checks (for a checking account?), and explanation of business operations (processing maybe 1 or 2 checks per month). They sent all of the certified documents to "internal review" only to come back and say "NO". They gave no reason, other than the company name contained the word "financial". WOW

Amazing customer service the ladies that work there are amazing they do a great job it takes less than 10 minutes to get your stuff done there they are always happy and smiley you won't regret banking with them they are 1,000 times better than it Wells Fargo very pleased there

Wanting to get away from big banks, I gave this local bank a try. The people who work here are nice, but this bank doesn't seem to have it together. Their mobile app crashes and has facial recognition issues and is frequently "unavailable ". Also, if you make a cash deposit at the branch ATM, the funds won't be available for 24-48 hours. Can't say I've heard of that before.

This bank is wonderful! It has such a small town feel, they know you by name, the customer service is great!! I would highly recommend Parkway! It is so easy to just walk in, get what you need done and walk out. There is no hassle or fight, just banking at it's finest. Thanks Parkway!!

The worst banking experience ever!Went to find a new small Bank with $200,000 in my hand.Manager would not even come out of her office to greet us. Four employees doing nothing, no customers.This Bank sucks!

I went to this bank today to purchase a CD in the name of my trust. After about 20 minutes of providing them all my identification, and trust documents, they told me that they could not accept my Acct as written because the Trust is titled in both husband and wife name. While the folks there were nice and polite, they had to call a Mgr who advised them not to accept the Acct because the bank did not want to accept the responsibility of ensuring that when the CD matures a year from now that the bank employee would ensure that they have both our signatures. Any bank that has no more confidence in their processes, procedures or employees to simply ensure that proper signature are required when transferring money should not be in business. While the employees were kind and polite, their policies reflect complete incompetence in dealing with professional customers. I have not encountered this problem with any other bank in the Phoenix area. I should not have to walk through broken glass or jump through hoops to entrust any banking institution with my hard earned money. I would caution and be very careful in any dealings you may have with this bank.

Rich Endicott is a scumbag. For this bank to hire a lowlife like him tells you a lot. He's one of those guys who wants you to work miracles for him but won't do a thing for you. Stay away from this bank.

The staff here at the Cave Creek branch of Parkway Bank are the best! Daksha Patel, Daria, Cindy, Lacey and Manager Cynthia provide what banking could and should be - personalized service for those seeking to establish a relationship with a bank. From when we first opened our accounts I think back in 2013, we have always been provided with kind, professional and on the spot service. While some of the staff has come and gone, the service has remained impeccable throughout. We particularly enjoy that once we established a relationship with Parkway Bank, the staff at the Cave Creek branch have always been able to help us with our banking needs. They took the time to get to know us so that if a problem arises, all we have to do is call them and they are ready to resolve whatever issue. We truly appreciate that personalized service.
