I had a great experience at PostNet thanks to Mary. She helped me laminate some items I really needed, and she made sure everything came out perfectly. She took her time to explain options, double-checked the sizing, and made sure the quality was exactly right before finishing. Super friendly, patient, and professional. You can tell she actually cares about helping customers. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

I mailed a FedEx return from this location on Monday and got proof of drop off. It is now missing and FedEx are saying it was never scanned in and that it has likely been stolen. I have tried calling the store. When I first started to explain the issue they hung up on me and then didn't answer when I tried calling back several times. I gave the store an opportunity to help resolve the problem but since they were unwilling a police report has been filed. It seems from other reviews that this is not an isolated incident at this location

Great service and clean facility! Coincidentally I went to this location on the first day under new management. Mary was terrific! I showed up 5 minutes after close to have my tax return mailed out and she was able to flag down the postman after he had just left and thankfully I got it to him. No late fee! Thank you!

Good news, my former bad review is now changed. New ownership has really changed this location and the new management is kind and very attentive and helpful. So Im glad to change my review and rightly so.

I had a amazing experience at POSTNET from the moment I walked in. Mary was so patient and kind with the entire process. Fingerprints are not easy but she was amazing. I highly recommend POSTNET.

This PostNet is the BEST!....I arrived at the end of the day last week after work, with a somewhat complicated situation, Mary stayed 45 minutes past closing helping me sort out the details of a somewhat challenging situation, what I needed to do, reading through the documentation with me, calling to confirm requirements, all the while keeping an upbeat attitude....she could see I was tired and a bit frustrated. This is what gains customer loyalty. I am beyond grateful for the time Mary took to help me navigate some confusing requirements and make sure things went right.

I was greeted by a welcoming smile & enthusiasm. Mary was quick to offer options for my task and was expedient. This location is over 14 miles from home and worth the drive. I was informed of new ownership with goals to enhance store experience and satisfaction. Mary exceeded expectations of hoping to complete task as well as ensuring I had everything I needed. I stopped by this PostNet to send two packages on the same day to two different parties via two different carriers. The receiver only received EMPTY boxes with signs of tampering. I reached out personally twice and once via my lawyer to resolve this and they never responded. I'm still out a bunch of money because of this. So all I have left is to tell my story and let people draw their own conclusions about doing business with this place. In other words, DON'T.

absolutely hopeless, I took a letter in to be sent certified mail on Monday 7th Oct, I have been calling everyday asking why I cannot see the lettert on the usps website, it still hasnt been sent out, more than annoyed with them
