“I had to start my newborn in daycare at 8 weeks old and as worried as I was starting him in daycare so early, Ms. Shannon he really made me feel at ease with how well she cares for him. I am confident in her ability to care for my son and her patience with me being a worry-wort during this time. She has been helpful when requests have been made for extra activities during the day such as therapy exercises as directed by our providers. She is quick to communicate when I'm being overly worried as is the management team when I've called to check-in on days where he was newly back from being ill or recovering from a recent procedure. The fact that my son smiles and falls asleep in her arms the second we drop him off means the world to me and I know he is in good hands!”
