Wanted chicken but employee asleep behind counter. Clerk at store counter out of it and not noticing anything. Had to go to fatburger across the street. Put a QT here.

Jason the young kid working told me if I don’t like the service I should go somewhere else, mind you he was on the phone with his girlfriend not another human being in sight. Made me wait to check out while he finished his conversation. FYI this was Super Bowl Sunday.

They should put in QT across street...unreliable employees here. Chicken is good, but just depends if someone decides to show up. Doors locked at 7:20 pm....hire more employees,your gas prices are 🤪.

The bar is usually low for clerks at gas station s and convenience stores. I asked a basic question and the clerk completely ignored me then rang me up, set down my change and walked away. I know it's hard to find staff, but this guy should be stocking and kept completely away from any customers. He obviously hates working there.

Good service. Cashiers check you out pretty quick and are nice. The one gripe i have is there hot food shutsdown wayy too early ive shown up at noon and its closes and empty.They need to do a better job at stoping people from emptying the ice from the soda machines. Going in after working a full word day in the sun the whole day just for the ice to be out is infuriating

I visit this place whenever I am Cave Creek, AZ.. The employees are great.. The manager is always cool.. Sorry, I don't his name.. The place is always clean .. I chicken tenders you can get there are really good too.. I will be back !!!

This particular She'll station is just like any other station. What sets this one apart and over and beyond others was I over paid the clerk 20 dollars for gas and as I was pumping my gas, she came out and returned it. She didn't have to do this. She could have kept it, bought lottery tickets or got gas for herself and no one would know the difference . I was there at about 4:30am Friday morning in Sept 2nd if any Shell people read this. You have a great and honest person working for you.. I wish I would have gotten her name.. Thank you mame..
