Packages consistatly arrive to Cave Creek residents as fast as if we lived next to the Regional Phoenix transfer station. The USPS people inside the post office are super knowledgeable and helpful.

Small but efficiently operated. Only 2 associates working on tax day. Went to drop a shipment off, and at least 10 people were ahead of me. The line moved quickly, and I was done much faster than expected

I wish I could give this location 10 stars! Danny was absolutely amazing in helping us with our passports. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out. Danny and Olivia were the most amazing employees that I have ever experienced dealing with! They were so kind and help when we came in as family to get a passport. It can be stressful to make sure all the paperwork is complete and they went above and beyond and explained everything and answered all our questions and provided us all the information we needed to know. They were also so pleasant and kind and I really enjoyed my time there. I also noticed that there were regulars/locals there picking up and dropping off packages and I noticed the way Olivia and Danny interacted with them. They all knew each other and it was cool to see. By them knowing the returning customers by face and name and having that rapport, it really gives this particular office a small town feel/vibe which is amazing!

Sent legal documents on certified restricted delivery to this post office twice only for the mail carrier assigned to deliver to the address allow someone else to sign for it.

Just the latest failure for Cave Creek Postal Branch. Not only rude, but now refusing to help locate a package that tracking says they received. Brandon took my phone number, info etc. Said he would speak to manager and someone would call me back with an update. 1 week later no call, no update on tracking as to the location of my time sensitive package. Went to branch a second time, Brandon refused to acknowledge that he failed to do what he promised. Was short with me and told me to contact my point of purchase.

I sell online and sometimes I put packages in my mail box with a sign that says “outgoing”. They always pick up but today it wasn’t. They did come and dropped a few junk mails in the mail box and took the outgoing sign away, but the package stayed in my mail box. Why? Can you please do your job that my tax dollar is paying?

Friendly and Fast employees here. Everything seems clean and getting mail is a breeze. The prices are a better value than other shipping I've used before. We love buying the cool stamps here and picking up our mail.
