This is a strange post office. It’s shockingly dark inside and this lady behind the counter doesn’t sell postage boxes or plastic postage bags, odd. She was just not helpful and was rather comfortable with it.

USPS is such a joke! Not just the QC BUT ALL. Three times now my packages have been marked delivered/ left in locker BUT YET when I go to the mailbox WHAT A surprise I HAVE NO KEY and they have yet again gave someone else my damn package. You can’t call the “customer service” phone number let alone speak to anyone without the damn automated phone system hanging up.

A lot less busy than the big USPS on Ellsworth Loop! The one downside is that they do not have a self-service machine to weigh and label your own package. But all the workers are nice and helpful.

Everyone who gives this place 1, 2 or 3 stars have skill issues or are just aggravated miserable people.
I drop my stuff off no problem and it usually ships to people sooner than I thought. Like with a friend in Illinois or in Florida.

Very helpful and friendly clerk! I like to go here for my simple stuff because it’s the fastest place around. Very cute location inside as well!

USPS is the worst I have ever dealt with! Had a package delivered to wrong address and they could not have a human to help me! Sad and now it was delivered to the wrong people and won’t get returned to me! A little help would had served it purpose!

The place doesn't take the QR codes, there's no sign stating that they don't do this. Wasted my time waiting in line just to be told that I have to go to a different locationEdit: went back after I printed the shipping label and made sure to look high and low for a sign about the QR codes like the owner mentioned. There wasn't a single one. And believe me I had plenty of time to look while standing in a line going out the door. Maybe instead of spending time commenting on reviews or trying to gaslight people, you can use that time to put up some signs. The only saving grace this store has for it is the single employee working was in good spirits

The one clerk was professional and to the point. No unnecessary chit chat. She was focused on the job therefore she was pumping customers out in a timely manner. Definitely better than the downtown QC PO.

The certified letter I sent on Thursday on September 14th is still in transit on Sunday September 17th and probably won't be delivered till Tuesday. How can I order something on Amazon coming from California be at my door the next day? My letter is only going 30 something miles. I guess you have to pay double or triple to have your letter get there on a reasonable time. I was told delivery would be on Saturday. Not this post office fault, its the system on how its run as a hole.
