My buying experience was very pleasant, Brandon was my salesman and was super nice, helpful and not pushy. I will say though I purchased my vehicle in February of this year and I've already had to replace the turbo and now my battery. Definitely more work than I've ever had to put in a vehicle in such a short time of having it. Their mechanic department might need some help.

First time buyer here at Carizona!Carizona & Jacob made it an easy & fast experience! I was looking for various options in price range & Jacob set all the cars upfront for me to test drive & look over. Jacob was very helpful , cooperative & well experienced in his job. 5/5. Thank you Jacob & Carizona!

Honestly this place should have 1 star and 1 star only. They pick & choose who they give TRUE service to. My first time ever financing a car was here and I am now 31 trying to fix my credit due to them giving me a car with a dual transmission. The first day my car started smoking due to a crack in the radiator , 2 weeks later the car started jerking and not shifting correctly (due to being a dual transmission which I did not know) long story short they gave me the run around for about 3 months then boom the transmission went out within the first year of me having the car & not having the knowledge nor funds to get the vehicle I had to give up car to the bank which looks like a repo on my credit oan please don’t get me started on the false information they gave the bank so that the bank would finance me. Hey just please do you research on ANY vehicle purchased from this place. If you like to reach out to hear my story PLEASE DO. Thank you for reading & have a blessed day.

Had to redo. Original”Big thanks to Robert for helping me get the Mustang I wanted. One of the fastest dealerships I’ve been to.” Robert was still good, however I have to give a 1 out of 5 for giving out warranties that you can only cancel and get your prorate back, if you cancel within 20 days of getting your car. They work with Autto Warranties and after selling my car, I find out that stipulation that even though you pay $2500, and you don’t use the warranty, you don’t get anything back. That’s just robbery, and your giving money for an insurance that you don’t get anything for it.

Ya know, from the minute I stepped into the Service Dept. Office I was greeted and asked what brought me in. Immediately after speaking with Will, he assured me that my car would be taken care of and in a timely manner, & that I could wait for a diagnosis. Within 1 week from start [diagnosis day] to [scheduled] finish my truck had a new Ac compressor and back to blowing cold. I really appreciate the expertise and efficiency that Will and his staff provided and definitely will be back again if I ever need it. Thanks Guy's!

Didn't end up purchasing a vehicle here but the staff is super friendly and kind, and the environment is very stress-free and relaxed. It's definitely not something that happens a lot with dealerships, so it's super refreshing and deserves high praise. Will definitely be recommending Carizona to anybody in the market for a used, good quality car!

Beware of these people. They quote one price for a car and then raise the price when you get there to buy it, with the cash in your hand!

I purchased my 2013 Nissan juke in October 2022 from Carizona. The process was seamless and I was in and out of there in under an hour with my new car! My salesman was amazing as well as the finance manager!Last week my car just completely stopped working and I couldn't figure out what was going on. Thankfully, I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car so I called the warranty company and they suggested that I get my car fixed at Carizona. I called and spoke with Will, the service manager, and he told me that they couldn't look at it for about five days so I had AAA tow it to Carizona and waited. Yesterday I called Will to see if they had diagnosed what was wrong with the car and he let me know that it in fact was some blown fuses and also let me know that it was just about ready to be picked up! When we got there to pick up my car, Will let me know that they weren't going to charge me for the diagnosis of what was wrong with my Nissan juke. He also let me know that the parts that were needed to fix it we're not covered by the warranty. I was bracing myself for a huge bill .Will handed me the keys to my car and he said I hope you have a wonderful day. We went ahead and took care of this for you. He said I could tell that this was not a good time for you guys financially for this to happen, and since the part wasn't covered and it was only approximately $50 , he said he was going to take care of it!I will forever be grateful to Will and the whole Carizona team! If you're ever looking for a car, or you need some service work done to your current vehicle, consider calling Will in the service department! He will take amazing care of you!

These guys are the real deal slimeball used car dealers you see in TV shows. I made the mistake of trusting them and buying a car remotely, but when I showed up the car was complete lemon, rattling so much over 60mph it felt like it was going to explode and the check engine light came on in the first hour of course. I took the vehicle back, but since I had already paid for it and was out of state, they knew they had the upper hand. After taking of the possession of the lemon car for for a mere 2-3 hours, I had to sell it back to them at half price. I lost about $8,000 dollars, money I might of been able to get back with lawyer and fight I didn't have time for. Tough and embarrassing story to tell publicly, and only able to write this months later now, but these criminals deserve to be called out.

Bought a 2009 dodge avenger from them last week. Within 2 days they key broke and the key fob was just glued together with no battery inside. I called them and they offered me a new key for the low price of 189.00. How nice of them. Oh and don't forget the 1000 dollar fee for the paperwork they don't tell you about until your signing the paperwork.Adding an updateThe general manager contacted me and did express they were sorry about how I wad treated and sent out a very nice person who made me a new key.The whole story, I was in a bad spot in my life and had a loan on my old car that I no longer could afford so I decided to trade it In for a cheaper car and get rid of the loan. I went to carizona. Got there around 11ish. Looked at a few cars and decided on a 2009 dodge avenger. It was in my price range and I should have come out with at least $500 in my pocket and the car. The person who was helping me kept saying that I would definitely receive some cash with my trade in and new used car. So I went with it. 5 and a half hours later or so I was finally sitting down with the paperwork person. When he asked that all the information was correct I told him that my license had my old address. He proceeded to get pretty annoyed that he will have to redo the whole thing. I told him that my mail should be forwarded. Then he had me sign the paperwork which in it was a charge of 1000 dollars for a fee to do the paperwork. I don't know if this is standard but seems pretty outrageous for 4 forms. And after 5 hours I was feeling my diabetes kicking in. In the end I had to pay them 94.00 or close to that for the fees after I was told repeatedly that I would receive money back.Just an overall bad experience and will never recommend them to anyone.Transparency is your friend.

Purchased my vehicle from Carizona in June/23, been too busy enjoying my ride I almost forgot to write this review. I love my convertible, yes it has character flaws but in do time I will have repaired. My car was shipped to the east coast and the transporter was amazing. He stayed in touch the entire time, took photos before and after delivery. The freight company 5 stars! The dealership was easy to work with I had to reach out a bit more to them. Payton and Darius were great. Finance department called to verify everything and did a thorough job. Thank you Carizona! Lex OUT!

Isaac made the process super easy! I absolutely love my new vehicle. Thank you guys for taking the time to explain things thoroughly, as I have never dealt with a dealership prior to this experience. Y'all are awesome.

I just had the absolute WORST experience here, & while I don't have the time, character count NOR energy available to FULLY describe my (first-time) experience at "Carizona", I'll just say that my time was completely wasted. IF I ever get desperate enough to pay this place a visit again (prayerfully I don't), A. it will be a credit/cash deal IN FULL (just to avoid all the back & forth with financing B.S./lies) & B. I'll ask to speak directly with the sales MANAGER rather than being subjected to these clueless little kids they have working here who couldn't close a deal if their lives depended on it. Seriously, I don't have the time, character count NOR energy available to FULLY describe what transpired during my first experience at this place (as stated), but I lose so much respect for places like this when they make it so obvious that they never learned the art of respecting people's time, not to mention paying attention to DETAIL & actually catering to their customers (including but not limited to A. finding solutions vs taking "shortcuts" to get to the next customer/"lead", B. returning phone calls & C. following up via email [YES, I'm talking to YOU "Isaac", "Suna" & "Darius"]). As if having clueless little inexperienced/snot-nosed kids working the sales floor wasn't bad enough, you see pictures of a particular vehicle on the website & assume it will look halfway decent in person, but then you get there & it's a dirty/mangled mess, with dust/dirt all over the exterior/in the engine bay & body trim parts literally falling off inside AND out (aka- a NIGHT & DAY difference from what you saw in the pictures provided on their website). Catfish for dinner, anyone??? For real, it would take less than 10 minutes to run the vehicle through a power washer, MAYBE another 10 minutes to vacuum it, & what, maybe an HOUR (once or twice a week) to detail the engine at the end of the day so that it's ready for your customers the next business day? It's beyond obvious that NONE of the above is done here, & this level of laziness is a red flag if I've ever seen one (but of course I only realized that this level of laziness existed at Carizona AFTER I drove clear across town to get here).I just love how they jump on you like white on rice the second you walk in the door, but then after having you & your family sitting in the lobby for like 2-3 HOURS waiting, they come back out & you're suddenly chopped liver in the eye of your "salesman" because you couldn't get approved for financing with their lying/incompetent on-site financing department (at $62K dollars a year, with no rent responsibilities & 3 jobs LOL). I'm so glad I was able to go elsewhere (literally DAYS later) & purchase my vehicle from a dealer that made this process EASY vs forcing me to do all this meaningless extra legwork that no prospective customer in my income bracket (OR lower/higher) should ever have to do. Mind you, the used vehicle I purchased elsewhere came CLEAN (JUST like the pictures), with LESS miles, a lower down payment AND a lower price (yet here I was days prior, dealing with these clowns & their games, poor sales/communication skills & GROSSLY misrepresented vehicles). This place is a joke, they GROSSLY misrepresent their vehicles (IN ADDITION TO their "we work with all credit types" financing options), & unless you like A. being lied to, B. jumping through endless "hoops", C. being jerked around & D. having your valuable time completely wasted, pull that Carfax (a MUST before you visit, as MANY of the vehicles they sell have been in accidents), plan to pay in FULL via credit or cash (assuming you don't have PERFECT credit) & INSIST on taking the vehicle to your mechanic for your own inspection BEFORE deciding on the purchase; The second they A. hesitate when you request this &/or B. duck/dodge y

I was taken care of by each level of the staff regardless of any issues that came up and I'm very thankful for how I was treated. The car buying process was really simple but more than that the service and their service center team are really above and beyond. Julie is managing a great team there, and I Will recommend anyone looking for a used car to this Carizona.
