You are not allowed to use the fitting rooms. If you return something with the receipt and the tag within a week you do not get your money back, you only get store credit.I will not be wasting any more time donating to or buying from Goodwill.

This is a pretty decent location. My husband found a brand new racing drone here that was really fairly priced. They have a lot of cute shoes and tons of kid and baby clothing. If you are in search of children's clothing, this location also has a kid to kid right next door and a once upon a child across the street, both used kids clothing places. Just n fyi.

After the way the way I was just treated, I’ll never donate at this Goodwill store again. I’ll throw it out before I ever go there again. Now maybe this guy was over loaded. It looked like he was the only one back there. But he saw that I was outside because he served the care before me. I got my stuff out of the back of the car and took it to the door. I saw no one. I stepped in and all I headed was, “ you just put it right there”. That’s all I heard. I set the stuff down a foot infront of me, then I heard him say “I can’t have you back here that’s why I said leave there”. I was shocked at the tone. Turned around and left. When I made the uturn to go back to 48th street , he came out the door and tossed the stuff outside the door to the sideI should have just gone back and picked it up but it’s not worth my time.Remember, you’re giving your things to them for their benefit, no one should be treated or spoken to in that tone.

Wide variety of good quality clothing. You have to search a little bit to find what u r looking for or to b pleasantly surprised. Give yourself enough time. I m a better shipper when I m by myself!!

Drop off at this Goodwill is SUPER easy. They have a very polite young man working the drop off section. You will need to ask them about tax documents, but overall I'm happy with my experience.

Horrible place, employees look depressed, see alot of them stealing product from the back doors. Whole place is a disaster, managers covering up the employees stealing. Just horrible

This location SUCKS! Terrible spineless management. First, the shopping experience is less than optimal, because management lets people bring in screaming m, disruptive kids who are at a completely different part of the store than the parents. They announce “Please keep children with you at all times,” and no one pays attention. They keep shopping and scream at the kids from across the store. Unpleasant. I saw a pre-teen who was obviously mentally challenged, left alone and playing on the exercise equipment. He almost fell onto the concrete floor. No one noticed but me. I finally said “Honey you can hurt yourself. Please don’t play on that, okay?” He immediately complied, but where were his parents or guardians??Finally, prices are much higher, many of the clothes are stained or dirty, or badly worn. And-drumroll please- you STILL Cannot TRY THEM ON! Yep. Dressing rooms are closed for COVID-19! Corporate makes high salaries, clothes and other items are poor quality and damaged, but overpriced, and if your stuff doesn’t fit, you can’t get a refund. You have to GUESS YOUR SIZE AGAIN, and repeatedly bring your purchases back until you guess your size correctly.I would give a ZERO RATING IF I COULD.Ladies, you get better deals on new clothes at TJ Maxx and Burlington’s. Send Goodwill Corporate a message, and take your money elsewhere.Oh, and you can try on clothes at Salvation Army.Just an observation.Go shop where management has the B@LLS to tell people with disruptive children to leave the store.

Cool stuff, used and some new. Lots to look at and browse. Clothes, furniture, flatware, plates, collectibles and more! Stead fast eyes and patience can pay off. Stores throughout AZ, CA and NM but best deals are in AZ!! Better quality than most other thrift stores.

Clean store.. nice employees. Not as wide of a selection of stuff as other locations in the area.
