Glass companies should be mobile.Never appreciate a "take it or leave it" attitude.Pricing was a shock even with current inflation.Guess their business demand is overwhelming?

I had an estimate done, ordered glass, and even scheduled the install for today. I get the ok to leave work three hours early at the last minute so I can be there for the install. I ended up calling 2.5 hours in the arrival window to find out that my appointment was never put on the books and that the crew isn't even in PV today. So now I look like I wanted to start my weekend early and didn't want to be at work. Not to mention, I have a new GM who's looking for this kind of stuff in the staff. Hopefully this new appointment is actually put on the schedule.

I requested a quote to replace a single pane on my slider door. It took them 2 weeks to get out to my house and over a week to come back with an estimate exceeding $800. Called Bennett and they are going to replace it for under $200.The rep seemed upset we collar our dogs and have an outdoor kennel, his emotions appear to be reflected in our quote, in my opinion.

Promptly and professionally fixed the large broken glass frame I've brought in for repair. Could have done it myself, however the value offered in the time saved and professionalism makes it worthwhile. Do recommend!

They came on time on the date agreed upon. My single pane window was fixed in under an hour and it was a reasonable price.They were kind enough to close my gate on their way out. I'd definitely do business with them again.

I had a picture frame that needed a new glass put on,i walked in and they were able to put one on while i waited not sure if that's the norm but it worked out for me and the price was also reasonable, i had a good experience there so i will recommend them!
